Straps were too small
I couldn’t strap the baby in because the shoulder straps were too small. This one time I pulled one strap and the metallic thing snuck out from the back into the opening of the strap and then the straps were jammed. The next time I tried, the straps were too tight when pulled all the way out. So there’s no way to put the baby in without suffocating it. Returned.

The product images show the angle adjuster but the product doesn’t ship with one. The manual says use a towel which is just stupid!
