Serious Defect!
I bought this stroller on sale and thought I had purchased a quality mid-grade piece of kit for my first child. Today however, while crossing the road with my 2 week old the rear wheel suddenly fell off and proceeded to roll through traffic, rendering the stroller immovable. I was forced to carry the stroller the rest of the way across the road, enduring considerable embarrassment and frustration. A quick assessment told me that the retaining mechanism for the rear wheel is faulty and will no longer retain the wheel axle.This is a serious safety defect and these strollers should be recalled immediately.I will update once I obtain information from Evenflo on how they plan on rectifying this issue.UPDATE: After emailing Evenflo and not receiving any response I finally made contact with their customer support line on May 23rd, 2024.I explained the defect and they were quick to attempt to offer me a replacement. I countered that any replacement they sent me was subject to the same defect and demanded a refund instead. I was advised that they don’t typically offer refunds and would need approval to do so with one stipulation: that I completely disable my stroller and accessories to their satisfaction so that it could not be resold.I made it clear that I would not be going through the hassle of destroying a stroller that was already useless and told them they could send me a shipping label and I’d be happy to send it back to them. I was told they don’t have a warehouse in Canada (even though the label on stroller indicates a corporate office in Missisauga).I was left with the assurance that someone would be in touch.May 29th, 2024 – I sent another email inquiring about the status of my return and received no response.June 17th, 2024 – I received a refund from Evenflo for this purchase on the condition that I disable the stroller, seat and bassinet by cutting off the straps as well as black out the model number and date of manufacture on all labels

Awful stroller. Clearly defective.
Bought the stroller and took less than 10 walks with it and the wheel was no longer clipped in and would fall off. Busted after less than 10 walks. Contacted company and they gave me a new stroller. That one lasted 4 walks! 4 walks and the wheel was falling off. Absolutely pathetic. Not worth the money. Not worth your time of fighting the company to get compensation.
Nice unit but front wheels could work better
The modular system is handy and pretty easy to use, only issue is the front wheels are not as good, doesnât move as good as you would like
