I looked at several of these before purchasing this set. The size is great for our 6 and 7 year olds. They stay on our fridge and get thrown into the dish washer a few times a week. The magnets make it super convenient to keep on the side of the fridge. I love that we donât have bands or anything crazy that need to be cleaned under or removed.
I bought these for my 7 and 3 year olds. They canât reach the cups in the cabinets yet so this has been great in teaching them how to get their own drinks. They just grab them from the side of the refrigerator and fill them up! The magnet is small but strong, we havenât had any issues.
Since we bought six of these, I’ve sent two of them through the dishwasher. The two that went through the dishwasher now won’t stay magnetted to the fridge, they slide down to the floor. If you do buy them, don’t put them in the dishwasher. I don’t know why sending them through the dishwasher would have made the magnet weaker, but it did.
I gave these to my grandchildren. The mothers were impressed!
My kids use these everyday. They are nice to have so Iâm not constantly searching for a cup for the kids.
