We wanted a bassinet for the bedroom but we didn’t want a huge, heavy, gadget loaded one. We wanted something that we could put beside the bed and know that our baby was safe and sleeping.The bassinet is extremely easy to put together. The pad is able to be removed to be cleaned and you can always put a cover on it if you want to. The sides are mesh aside from one end of the bassinet. It’s a good size so there is tons of room for your baby to grow.There is a vibration function which we haven’t used yet (we don’t want to get him too used to using that function 🙂 ) but otherwise it’s just a plain and simple bassinet.The legs can be removed to easily pack up the bassinet and take wherever you may be going.One thing to note is that the legs come out from the bassinet at an angle and so my husband and I have tripped over the legs once in a while but once we were used to the way it sat, it’s been much better.Great price and we’re loving it!
Great bassinet but overpriced
Bought for my 2nd baby so we could have a portable bassinet to take outside when my toddler goes outside to play. However this bassinet is bigger than I expected, and taking the legs off to move it gets annoying really fast, so we’ve only ended up using it inside, and we hardly even move it to other rooms. What makes it even worse is the legs extend out almost a combined foot past each end of the bassinet. This makes it a huge pain to get through a doorframe, and it creates larger-than-expected footprint. I also can’t tell you how many times we have all tripped over the legs. However, I do love how lightweight it is. We keep it in our room beside our bed at night, and during the day it’s easy to pick up and put against the wall so it’s out of the way. It also came with us to the cottage over the summer and it was great that it can be carried pretty much flat for travel.
Great Bassinette for home and travel
I bought this for home use primarily, but used it once for a hotel visit and was super happy with how easy to was to take with us. My baby has now outgrown this, but the quality was great and I’d highly recommend it. The value is really good in comparison to some of the other bassinets on the market. Lightweight, gender neutral, easy to move around and I loved the mesh sides. I put it right beside my bed and could hear my baby breathing beside me. She also really likes pushing her face against the side, so I was happy for the mesh sides for that reason too.
Poor quality for the price!!!
We bought this to use for our twins. We barely used it because our twins would not sleep in it. The bottom pad appeared uncomfortable and we only ended up using it a handful of times. This week I went to take it apart to store it and found the plastic liner on the bottom pad torn. The plastic is broken in a few spots from minimal use. I was disappointed because we spent close to $100. We will see how good fisher prices warranty is!Update: Fisher price did send me a brand new pad free of charge and no questions asked. Great customer service!
Nice and sturdy and easy to assemble
Bought 2 of these for my twins. Simple to assemble/disassemble and comes with a carry bag for travel. Stores flat. Was able to fit 2 babies in one for the first couple of months. Great price. The only negative is that the legs go out on an angle instead of straight up and down so you can’t put them flat against a wall so they’re more difficult to set up in smaller spaces. Overall a great product and a great price!
Good value and quality
This bassinet is well made, sturdy, and easy to assemble. I love that it has the bag for traveling with it too. Our baby doesn’t want to sleep in it though, which be believe is because she doesn’t want to be alone at the moment (she’s 3 weeks old), so I still gave it 5 stars as there is absolutely nothing wrong with the bassinet itself. The vibration feature is subtle.
Comfortable Mattress & Easy to Assemble
This products mattress is more comfortable than other bassinets that I looked at. The mattress comes with a cover so you dont have to buy anything extra. Could have included a 2nd cover. It is easy to travel with and assemble. Less than 5 minutes to breakdown. The travel bag is great too! The only thing I would change about the design is that the legs stick out and are angled out. You have to be careful not too trip over the legs. The mesh material makes it easy to check on baby without getting up because you can see them. Overall I would highly recommend this product for all the reasons mentioned above.
Great bassinet!
This bassinet has been great for us. It has allowed us to have our newborn with us wherever we are in our house. He sleeps in the bassinet in our room during the night, and during the day, we set up the bassinet on the main floor so he can sleep where we can see him. It is light weight and it doesn’t take up too much room. So happy we made this purchase!
