I am using wearable pump which only has 24mm flange. Pumping was extremely uncomfortable as it was far from the correct size for me. I highly recommend purchasing. The ruler helps you find out what size is best for you. Upon first use is immediate comfort. I also have noticed it has helped pump more efficiently getting more milk per pump. Easy to use, functions great. All pumps should come with these but glad this is a cost effective option to now have them.

I was a little unsure about buying a nipple ruler at first, but honestly, this thing has made flange sizing so much easier! Itâs super simple to use and really helps ensure Iâm using the right size. The silicone material is soft and flexible, so it doesnât feel uncomfortable or harsh, and the measurements are easy to read.Itâs definitely made my pumping sessions a lot more efficient, and I feel way more confident about getting the right fit. Plus, itâs small and easy to store, so it doesnât take up much space. If youâre struggling with flange sizing, Iâd definitely recommend giving this a tryâit really makes a difference!
Disclaimer: I have not pumped yet with these. My Medela Pump in Style only came with 24mm flanges, but I need about half of that size and they are super hard to find (shout out to all the small-nips ladies out there!). These fit perfectly in my breast pump and I love that I can swap them out for another size if my initial guess was wrong. Iâve heard from lactation consultants that the wrong flange size can make breastfeeding really painful and unproductive, so I would highly recommend giving these a shot!
