I also tried it with a heavier security camera but it was a bit too heavy for the flexible arm to stay upright.The wall mount that comes with other nanny cams may also have the standard screw hole in the bottom that would work with this flexible mount, but I would check before purchasing.
Super easy to use
I really needed something like this for my security camera. I use my camera to monitor my cat while she’s tethered outdoors. I like to move the camera to different locations in the yard, but keep it off the ground. I’m able to mount my camera on the deck railing or on a lawn chair with ease. For those of you that are wondering about power? The camera has a rechargeable battery. This camera mount has been the perfect solution for me. The gooseneck is strong yet flexible so I can mount it wherever there’s an appropriate surface. I’m happy with this camera mount.
