Me ayuda bastante especialmente cuando tengo dÃas frustrantes que la leche no me quiere salir el calor del producto ayuda al seno a relajarse y que la leche baje más. También ayuda a que el seno no esté reseco y limpio.
We got it because we wanted to breastfeed for our first child and I ended up pumping instead but there are a lot of pieces in the survival kit. Every items help but I wish there were a cream to numb the nipples. I got one from a different name brand because my boobs were hurting but other than that, I def recommend if you are willing to breastfeed or breast pump. The hot cold pads help and spray ease off your boobs. It is worth it for the price

Ordered this product for the birth of my baby, it literally is amazing. It comes with the heating/cooling reusable pads to help with the letdown of milk and breast aches. The saline spray feels nice and cool and the balm definetly helps. I did not end up using the pads that this come with as I ordered some reusable/washable ones. This also comes in a sturdy bag that can be reused for other things. Perfect for baby shower gifts for mom. Highly recommend.
