Reviews

  1. Zero tearing!
When I was pregnant with my first, I was seeing a pelvic floor specialist in my 3rd trimester. She taught me stretches that help prepare you for labor and lessen the likelihood of tearing. I used this tool every day (in the tub or on my bed) in the weeks leading up to labor. It was very effective and easy to use. The mirror was helpful as well. The daily stretching paid off because I had zero tearing and a very quick recovery! I highly recommend!!

  2. Glad it exists, even if it’s pricey
I tried perineal massage on my own, but because of the size of the baby I just couldn’t make it work at all. It was very discouraging and upsetting, and I kept putting off ordering this because of the cost. This tool made it possible for me to do perineal massage leading up to my due date, and gives me more confidence going into delivery. Yes, it’s a lot of money. At least it’s well made and comfortable to use, and if you’re trying to have a natural delivery it’s just one more thing that can help.

  3. Helpful postpartum
I had a second degree tear after the birth of my son and had several stitches, which resulted in scar tissue. Needless to say, being intimate afterwards was very difficult and actually painful, and pretty well impossible. I bought this and to help with gentle stretching and the shape of it makes it very easy to use. The box that it comes in has a handy mirror so you can see what you’re doing, and actually has a QR code to a guide so you can learn how to use it. It has smooth rounded edges so nothing feels sharp, though I would recommend you use lube if needed. You don’t need to hurt yourself using it, not you will feel gentle stretching. It was very helpful.

  4. Works great
Some reviews say the seam is painful but I didn’t find that. So far this has been awesome. A cheaper alternative but works just as great

  5. So expensive!
It’s quite sad to see companies pray upon vulnerable women that just want the best possible birth experience. This product, though good quality and packaged nicely, should be worth about $20-$25. $30 max. The price for it is ridiculous, especially considering it doesn’t work for everyone and you only use it for limited time. It’s pretty simple to use and I don’t have any complaints so far about the product itself, the mirror is nice to have as well. I just really don’t appreciate the price.

  6. Used product?
I had seen many unboxing reviews of this product and i got the impression that mine was already used so i returned it.

  7. Perfect
Used it for pregnancy and post partum.

  8. Easier than doing it by hand, expensive
I was initially doing perineal massage by hand, but finally decided to splurge on this wand and it made things so much easier. Way more comfortable than reaching around my big belly. It is pretty expensive for a glorified stick and I still had a really bad tear. Now that I have it I’ll probably use it again for future pregnancies, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

  9. Helped me to minimize tearing! So helpful, very thankful I bought it. Value for money is great, you can’t put a price tag on it. Sure, it’s uncomfortable and feels silly, but DO IT!

  10. For being an intimate product, I find that some sort of seal (stickers or plastic around the box or a seal within the product in the box) would provide peace of mind to the consumer as to it’s freshness.I have opened the box but not touched the product.A simple seal would provide much more safety and reassurance.I would have expected more for a product of these characteristics.

  11. I was recommended to buy this item from my cousin, as she had a vaginal delivery and she said it was helpful + a great way to connect with her husband. Unfortunately I only used it a few times because I ended up having an unexpected C section! But the wand is very easy to use, quality feels great, and the mirrored box it comes with is helpful.I love everything this company makes! They also have a fridauncensored website where women show you how to use these products. For more censored content, their Instagram and official website have the info.

  12. This item was helpful for perineal massage at the end of my pregnancy but I still tore so do with that info what you will. Also my baby was large so I don’t think any amount of perineal massage was going to save me lol

  13. I had researched this some and my ob had never heard of it when I mentioned this. She told me it sounded amazing tho and easier than a normal massage. It was easy to use. I didn’t know if it really seemed like it was doing much, but used it every day from around 32 weeks on for 10 mins. I definitely believe it helped i only had a 1 degree and this was my first pregnancy.
