My 92 year old Mom loves this book!!
My Mom lives in a nursing home & when my Dad had a stroke, the staff gave my Mom a basket with things to do. One of the things was a Word Search booklet, which she absolutely loved. So for her 92nd birthday, I wanted to get her a Word Search book. I read all of the reviews on different books and found that this 250 page Word Search book has the best reviews. I wanted to add to the great reviews because my Mom absolutely loves this “huge” book of fun. Bedtime at the nursing home is 10 PM, but my Mom sometimes hides in her bathroom to do a few more word searches before she’s done for the night. My Mom says this book is a wonderful book and she feels she learns something from every puzzle.
Great for trips!
Pretty straightforward word search book. But huge!! Took this baby to jail with me and it was perfect. Hours and hours of word searches.. got the whole range eyeballing me for my giant book. It was a big hit! 8 months later it still wasnât all done. Passed it on to a friend.. she gets to keep on giving!

Large print, easy to read
I liked just about everything. Degree of difficulty for this words person was great and being able to see a word or two by just looking at the page and topic really drew me into the next and the next and the next puzzle. The large print was a blessing to my tired eyes. The paper thickness made circling the words easier and the number of words in each puzzle was perfect. I liked the topics and even learned a few new words. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and was sad to see it finished even though it lasted a good long time making it well worth the cost. Thank you for this book. Any others with these attributes?
I purchased this for my husband who suffers from memory challenges and dementia – this is one of the few out there that he can easily read. The print is large, and boldly printed, and the words are on the same page as the puzzle (you’d be surprised how many are not) making it much more manageable for him to do and enjoy. AND only one word to search for rather than multiple words/phrases – for those with challenges phrases are too difficult. This is PERFECT – PLUS there is a wide margin around the page making it easy to cut out the pages to give him just a few at a time — LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this word search book!
