Review for: “Transparent Gear Toy Train Light Up Music Electric Toy 360° Rotating Mechanical Gear Walking Toy for Kids Educational Cartoon Toy with Flashing Light Sound Music Gift for Childrens…”Brand: SWTOIPIGThe transparent gear toy train came in a much smaller box than I was expecting, 7 1/8″ x 3 3/4″ x 4 5/16” (18 cm x 9.5 cm x 11 cm), with the user manual. It takes 3 “AA” batteries (not included) and requires a small Phillips screwdriver to open the battery box. Unfortunately my screwdrivers were too small and too large to fit properly. It would have been nice to have a screwdriver included that fits, like most toys. Note: the manual says to use non-rechargeable batteries.The train is about 7″ long x 3.5 wide x 4 5/16″ high (17.7 cm x 8.9 cm x 11 cm). I reviewed the pictures again and they don’t show the size. The first picture has a child in the background and makes the train look much bigger, but the child is just edited in. The other pictures and video doesn’t show anything to compare to. Farther down the listing, it says the product size is 10 cm x 5 cm x 10 cm, which is actually much smaller than both the train and box. The listing also says the weight is 340 g but I weighed the train to be 352 g with batteries inside, or 285 g without. With the box it weighed 338 g so the listing weight must be the overall weight of the package.The transparent gear toy is pretty cool. It has two “ON” switches, one for sitting still and the other one for movement & music. There are solid lights and flashing lights on both modes but when the train is sitting still, the gears don’t move. On the movement mode, all the gears move, the train moves forward and back and turns, and spins around. It would be neat to have a mode where the gears move but the train doesn’t spin around, or that it moves forward and back but without the spin, as it can get dizzying watching it. It also doesn’t have a way to turn down the music or turn it off altogether, on the movement mode.I found this toy to be mesmerizing to watch, so I’m sure kids would love it! It’s not very interactive though, and difficult to pick up to turn off as it’s moving around, but still very cool. It would be a neat toy to have at a store or other places you want to attract attention to, as there are so many lights and different tunes playing.

Really cool transparent toy train with lights. The way it lights up and plays music while moving around is really fun, especially for younger kids who are just starting to crawl or walk. The transparent design lets them see the gears in motion, which adds a fun, educational twist. It’s made from sturdy, smooth plastic material, so I didn’t have to worry about any rough edges so it’s safe for kids of all ages. I think it’s really cool to see the inside of it moving as you push it around.
