Iâve only used them once, however, these are perfect for those just beginning! Theyâre very sharp, and were ready to use as soon as they were unboxed. These are amazing!
With a super fluffy long haired Australian shepherd these are a life saver. These cut through thick, matter hair like butter. The thinning shears are my favourite tool. They work really well when used properly to thin out areas so they arenât left looking bald/bare.
Grooming scissors
Overall good product. Scissors are sharp. There are 2 curved ones which, for me, I found redundant. I would have liked a smaller pair. I have a golden retriever and a miniature long hair dachshund. The scissors worked great for the Golden but I found them too big for my dachshund. Also, I donât have big hands and found them to be on the heavier side. I like that they came in a zippered case to store them in. Would recommend this set.
Great quality
These shearing scissors alone would have been worth the price. My dog is 70lbs and has dense shaggy fur and with some care I was able to really bring down the volume on his neck and booty. Made washing him WAY easier. All of these scissors are easy to use and sharp and the case is useful and looks great. Love the safety design.
Good value not the best quality
We groom our golden doodle at home, and these are sufficient for the job, but will not cut hair as easily as higher end shears. The curved shears are difficult to use and require the right amount of pressure to be applied to hold the blades together. If there is not enough pressure the hair will fold over between the blades and if there is too much the blades will collide and damage the blades.

Excellent Grooming Kit
I have an extremely elderly cat who is no longer able to adequately groom himself. So his coat had become extremely matted in places. This kitchen helped immensely. The scissors are very shary with blunt ends so there is little danger of nipping your pet. I was able to get rid of the most damaged areas in minuted. He is now much more comfortable.
Practical set
Not professional quality but good for the price. Scissors do come apart a lot.
Use these for grooming my little fur baby . After trying different locations and having her get cut by her eye area . I decided i canât trust anybody . So j groom het myself . These work great with help if a buzzer as well .
The comb is really nice and long with wide teeth. It does a good job on my moulting dog. Due to the gaps, it doesn’t pull, but they’re still close enough to pick up tonnes of fur.The scissors are different sizes, the smaller ones will be good for around his neck and the larger everywhere else. They are nice and sharp so if you have a lively dog be very careful, though they do have nice rounded ends though so that you can’t accidentally hurt from a poke.It all comes in a nice little zip case which helps keep everything together. Everything is solidly attached and none of the included tools are falling apart. I think the price is reasonable too, and overall I’m really happy with it.
