So it tastes sweet with a chalky after taste. However my daughter who has Autism was traumatized by a dentist this is the first toothpaste she has been willing to put in her mouth and allows her teeth to be brushed. We have tried many many many different brands and flavors. It has been a couple weeks and no complaints so far!
