Fantastic product for potty training and travel. Sturdy, non-slip, and kid friendly design. It is light and folds up small for travel. Easily fits into a diaper bag or purse. The smooth top side is easy to wipe clean, the bottom has more grooves. Would highly recommend for potty training. We’ve used it on many different toilet styles/sizes while traveling and it so far has fit on all toilets well.

Great product and easy to use. My only complaint is sometimes if my son wiggles around it pinches his tushy where the folds are. We use it solely for travel and throw it in the car or diaper bag, I wouldn’t recommend for everyday.

This is the best purchase I made before our east coast trip this summer! 🙂 I am very glad I bought this coz it’s NOT bulky like the one I bought from walmart. If you are looking for a portable potty that you can put inside your diaper bag/purse then this one is the RIGHT one! It’s big and non slip so you don’t have to worry when your LO goes for a potty in a public washroom. I like it that they design it with cute pictures like the one I have is the blue owl.. 🙂 Make sure you remember to put wipes in the black bag with your portable potty so it’s easier and more convenient! I bought the flushable toddler wipes for wiping the potty coz it’s very handy especially when you’re travelling like at the airport or in a public washroom like gasoline sation, malls, restaurant and etc. I know I don’t have to elaborate my review about this portable potty but I know there’s a mom out there who’s going to travel with her LO/toddlers and needed some suggestions based on one mom’s experienced.. 😉
Great for travelling
Great for travelling, but I find it’s not very comfy – leaves marks on my son’s bum after sitting too long, and he gets fidgety so I can tell he doesn’t want to be sitting for awhile (not good for a long number 2). Also, no pee guard for boys… Need I say more?
Fantastic for potty training!
Extremely portable and useful! Loved that this seat came with two travel bags – ziplock interior one was nice. We bought this before a big road trip. This seat fit securely on a variety of toilets and gave our little guy a lot more confidence. He did so good with this potty seat that potty training actually improved on a road trip when we expected the opposite to happen. Of all the potties and seats we tried for potty training with our kids, this was the most useful. Would highly recommend it.

Bought it for a travel as we were right on the potty training timing. Been sooo usefull . Small , quickly fold and unfold, a perfect protection for the dirty toilet. Robust enough to be put over 2 rocks as we had to pull over the road for an emergency number 1 :-)Still use it at home.

I have used 3 different potty seats in potty training my son, and although I feel like the Fisher-Price one is the best, especially when they are just starting out, this one is definitely handy for on-the-go situations:Gimars Folding: This one is good for what it is- a folding potty seat you can bring with you if need be. This was good for the stage when he didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the regular potty seat to poop. It has no splash guard of any kind, so your boy will either need to be able to pee standing up or have enough aiming skills to not make a mess everywhere. (I don’t have a girl, but I would think it would work quite well for a girl as “aiming” isn’t quite as much of an issue, I think.) It doesn’t slide around with the silicone pads on the bottom, but it doesn’t have any handles for the kid to hang onto. So it’s not quite as secure as the Fisher-Price, but you get the convenience of flat folding in exchange. My overall take is that for a portable potty seat, it does the best job you could reasonably expect.Fisher-Price Perfect Fit Potty Ring: Very sturdy, gives your kiddo a feeling of security when they are just starting out. Does not slip. Splash guard actually works. Does its job perfectly.Munchkin Sturdy Potty Seat: We ordered this one for a trip to visit the grandparents, so that we didn’t have to pack our own. The Fisher-Price one was temporarily unavailable, so I figured I would try this one. It’s a similar design, but the splash guard is not high enough to be effective. My son by this time had figured out how to pee standing up, so he just did that, but had he been in his stage of only being able to go potty with his potty seat, this one would not have gotten the job done. I also got the impression that he did not feel quite as secure sitting on this one.
Awesome product. Really well made, smooth unfolding, no butt pinching from the hinged parts. No more squatting in public restrooms holding my son up to prevent him from falling in the bowl. Yay!
This thing is truly amazing. It’s portable, easy to fold and fit in your diaper bag, any bag you’re carrying stuff in really, etc. It comes in a little black bag w a tie. Lays nicely on toilets and is kinda large of a placement compared to other pottys. Cute little owl, too. We got the blue one. I’m so glad I found this product. My son is just started getting the hang of potty training, but it’s w specific pottys and not just being held hovering over a toilet seat in a gross public bathroom. He had to use the potty at home depot this last week and couldn’t pee hovering bc no way would I ever allow him to put his hands on the toilet seat to hold himself, I don’t even like that at my own home w a clean toilet. Just makes me sick thinking about him touching those germs and more ð¤®. Plus public toilets don’t have lids 99.9% and flushing toilets w the lid up is absolutely disgusting. Youtube what it looks like when you flush your toilet w no lid and what happens to your counters, toothbrush, etc. Repulsive really. Everyone should be putting the lid up and then down when done. Anyway, enough of my neurotic thoughts about that lol. But so in the end, he peed his pants bc he couldn’t go. If I had this product then it would have been easier to manage a public bathroom w a 2 yr old. Oh, and side note, I also got large toilet liners w kids print on them, they’re cute. You put that down and it covers the whole toilet really so if they need to put their hands on the edge to hold on, it’s on covered liners and not nasty uncleaned public toilet. Now w this product (and the liners) I feel 100% confident and comfortable when we’re out again and the time comes that he needs to use the toilet that we are very prepared for a smooth execution.
Love this little seat!!Pros- it comes with a travel bag- easy fold / unfold design- little flaps to keep from sliding around- toilet lid can close with the seat on – which I love because we can let it sit there for my son to use on his own and still flush the toilet without the seat being up!-fits on our elongated toilets and our families toilets which are standard / different sizes.- pro-tip, keep the ziplock bag this comes in – I keep the seat in the zip lock bag and have disinfectant wipes in the black travel bag with the seat, so Iâm not getting the black travel bag nasty and can clean the seat before I put it back in the ziplock! Always clean and can put wipes in the black travel bag too!- folds up small!Cons-more of an issue if you have a little boy but sometimes he âspraysâ a little up and it gets under the seat and the gridded back make it difficult to clean.- this isnât really a con but I always forget how to fold it and I feel dumb when I do…so…be smarter than me.Overall we use this and travel with this weekly to my in-laws. He takes this to sleepovers with his cousins and fits in everyones toilets – ours are elongated and others are not – works great everywhere weâve taken it. Weâve had it about a year now and itâs held up so well and no signs of breaking! I wash it weekly when I do my bathroom cleaning and do use bleach on it – there is slight fading on the front design at the corners, but thatâs it – barely noticeable (see pics).If your little one is going places a lot or taking a day trip, this beats holding them on a toilet seat and is super easy to carry! Iâve used this more than any other potty training product.
