The containers and lids made are of heavy material and lids fit well. One weird thing is that 2 of the orange containers are called Faith. I have not downloaded the booklet using the link so do not know how that works. I am using them for the Beachbody Ultimate Portion Control or 21DF eating plan
Great portions
Itâs a great idea, but I canât get a hold of the pdf and I canât access to the seller of company to personally send it to me. I would really appreciate if they had a way to download PDF on my phone
I’ve Been Deceived!
When I opened the box of containers, I was excited. I have been following WeightWatchers, and I needed to spice up that program with something new. The containers I unpacked were colorful, and will be useful for leftovers. But the Food Plan was non-existent. Enclosed was a small pamphlet, complete with spelling mistakes (eg. humus, healty) and grammatical errors (eg. Using your container as well a container.) The pamphlet outlined a complicated caloric baseline calculation, then listed the various food items for each colour of container. Daily intake of each colour was indicated in a small chart. There were no recipes, and there was an instruction to contact the seller on Amazon for the 21-day Diet Plan Ebook. Overall, I was disappointed.
Very well made and a bargain at 2 sets! Perfect for portion control and taking them with you! Nice bright colors so no mix-ups on the go. This product is dishwasher safe (many were not) and the lids come off so there won’t be difficulty filling/holding it open . Will definitely buy more.

I had a set of these before from a big name company and they have all disappeared. I don’t do the portion diet with these but I do use these for portioning out my food at work during the day. They are a great size for snack and dressings and dips. I have washed in dishwasher and so far so good. They are very sturdy and the lids all fit well.
