  1. Nice with braided buns
I have thin thick hair. My individual hairs are thin and straight, but I have 4x the average number of hairs. This holds braided buns well with my hair type but used alone no chance. Honestly, regular hair pins, clips and ties slip right out of my hair. there is very little I can do with my hair. This is a nice find to give my a little verity. If your hair has any texture, unlike mine, you will most likely get more styles out of this.

  2. Great.
Love these hair pins. I have waist length hair – thick – and they really hold well. They are good.

  3. I have long and thin hair. these keep my hair secure.

  4. These can spread apart after a while and the paint rubs off, but they still work well. They feel better than metal combs. You have to fiddle with them to get the hang of it, but once you do, they keep your hair in place very well without pulling your hair or scalp.

  5. They are ok not very sturdy they are flexible and it feels they may break easily. Mine are still good but the color is has come off

  6. I liked that they were cute, easy to use , and planet friendly. However, I had to give them away because my hair is fine and they kept slipping out.

  7. It worked perfect the first time I put it in and held strong for a good hour maybe 2. It came loose and I fixed and it never stayed tight again. It flexes but once it’s flexed out a couple times all the spring is gone and it’s not tight I have pretty thick hair and it’s waist length so I do have a lot of hair. Wooded or copper ones are much stronger holds. I liked the size of this one and was super excited the first time I used it but like I said, after once it’s basically useless
