Works great! Small, easy to store, and perfect size for dicing/chopping items in kitchen for family meals. I don’t have to bring out the food processor to make salsa for 4 people! I find I use it weekly for dicing garlic, tomatoes, onions, etc. Cleaning can be difficult due to very sharp blades! I suggest using a soft brush to clean chopping blades.

The GProME Manual Food Processor -Salsa Maker Hand Chopper Blender is small, compact and great for small serving meal prep. The bowl is strong clear plastic with a removable silicone anti-slip ring, the spinner basket is a bit small, lettuce for one salad at a time, the mixer blade work well, and the stainless chopping blades are sharp (caution, I learned the hard way). I made a quick salsa with cherry tomatoes, a roughly chopped onion, and a few jalapenos split and deseeded, lime juice and salt. First chopped up the tomatoes, onions and jalapenos with a few pumps using the stainless blades for the right consistency, then put in the mixing paddle, lime juice and salt for a few pumps to distribute the mix. The mixing bowl doesn’t have a center shaft, so I grabbed a bag of Torita chips and served it right in the mixing bowl. I was fresh and flavorful, I can’t wait to try it on something else!
