This book is made from an ultra soft and velvety feeling cloth. It has a squeaky toy and a rattle inside the front and back cover. Also a crinkle part and a Velcro attachment element.I gave this 4 stars as I feel that it relied heavily on the name Sesame Street with the character of Elmo being the draw here. Besides the front and back cover there was only one other page inside. Yes, it is well made and incredibly soft. It has a Velcro hanging strap at the top. There is nothing wrong about it, I just felt like it should have had a bit âmoreâ to it.
We have a bunch of books similar to this; both color and black/white contrast books. This one is extremely popular. Iâm not sure if it is the colors, textures, activities or what, but it is a hit! It is larger than any of our other books. Iâd say maybe 6â x 6â, then opens up. Each page has something fun on it or something to touch or interact with. Our favorite page is the dog catching the bone, which has the bone able to be attached or removed (attached to the book by a string). I always stick this one in our diaper bag when leaving the house. Always keeps the baby entertained!
