Intricate Fun.
My daughter and I have constructed other designs from this brand before, and I am glad to report that this apartment nook playset is just as fun and intricately designed as the others.The included full-colour manual makes each step incredibly clear, with directional arrows and zoomed in diagrams to ensure that you stay on track. The sheer number of pieces and minor details involved make this set a little overwhelming for a young child on their own, so I usually identify the pieces we need for each section and then my daughter searches for the required pieces like a scavenger hunt. We make a pretty good team :-)Each of the sections are grouped and numbered in bags to make organizing a breeze, but I don’t recommend opening all the bags from the onset — the bags are numbered for a reason, so only start with the bag you need.Another good idea is to have two small bowls handy; one for the current bag of pieces, and another empty bowl to transfer the pieces you’ve looked at already (so that you aren’t picking up a piece you don’t need over & over again).But for as much patience as it takes to assemble these highly detailed playsets, you’re still bound to have an equally fun experience — especially if you can get your kids involved. Very much worth the price of admission in my opinion. So enjoy!
Flimsy, missing pieces
I’ve tried some other knockoff building blocks, and these are by far the worst. The size is a little bit smaller than Lego, and the blocks are flimsy and don’t stick very well. This set was missing some pieces, but we managed to make it work. The end result is cute, but the set is definitely not worth the price.Even the box looks cheap, with what appears to be an AI-generated image with a couple of bears pasted on top.
The project was really fun to build and itâs really cute. I liked this so much I actually bought all 7 of the different ones they offered.

Love it all
I ordered this as a gift for my daughter who loves music and loves putting things together. It can be puzzles, diamond art sets, or something like this and she’ll have fun with it. Now, before you get much further, I should point out that she hasn’t finished building this just yet. There are a lot of pieces and she has a lot going on so it will take some time before it’s complete, but so far it has been a hit. If you’ve ever built anything with these type of blocks, you know what to expect. They are smaller than the well known name brand but fit together the same way. The instructions have clear, color pictures with very little written description which is good because the writing is not in english. On page 2, there are a few icons in the bottom with descriptions that I used google translate to figure out. They stand for sticker, rotate, and be careful. Fortunately, any of the writing on the stickers is in english. The full instruction booklet is 74 pages long so it can take a little time to get through it all, but half the fun is putting it together. If I find any issues by the time we get it finished, I’ll come back and update this review then, but for now, I’m pretty happy with it.
This kit is very much like Legos and seems to be compatible. The pieces are durable plastic and it would be difficult to tell the difference between the brands. It comes organized into 9 transparent bags of pieces, a square platform, small stickers sheet, and instructions. The instructional booklet is 66 pages of colored computer graphics that closely match the real pieces. It’s all in color, and there aren’t grey areas to separate each step from the surrounding parts. I think having it all in color makes it easier to relate to the graphics. While I can’t stand when these kits have bags with the same numbers, the pieces in this kit are unique enough that most can be distinguished from the others. You have to assemble the bears, too, but they come in their own bag. This project is best suited for kids around 8 and over, but they may still need a bit of help if they’re not used to this setup. This is a fun theme and I recommend this kit for the general quality, vibrant coloring, decent directions, and appearance.
