Once I began using the Helight I have been able to fall asleep faster and sleep much more soundly. The quality of my sleep improved so much I just purchased one for my daughter. I highly recommend it! It is at the top of my holiday gift list!

Impossible de s’en passer ici. Ãa fonctionne vraiment et les rares fois ou je ne m’endors pas sur le premier cycle le deuxième est radical. J’espère que ça contrebalance la lumière bleu des écrans, en tout cas ça favorise bien le sommeil et c’est facile à trimballer, recharger, etc
Ok so at first I was skeptical about this light. But after taking so much melatonin, I figured I would give it a try. It is a little expensive but the light really does work! Within the first week of use, my son was sleeping and hour or two more than he typically would. The red light is not very bright or annoying and itâs very practical in size and appearance. You really should try this light if you are trying to find a more natural way of sleeping better.
JE RECOMMANDE LE HELIGHT SLEEP , JE L AI ACHETE POUR MA MAMAN qui avait testé le BOX MEDITATION MORPHEE mais avec les programmes qui se répètent , elle l utilisait pas beaucoup. Du coup , je lui ai commandé le Helight Sleep et je l ai moi-même testé , ayant reçu le colis !Je RECOMMANDE CAR L AYANT TESTE AINSI QUE MA MAMAN , EN MOINS DE 20 MINUTES ON S ENDORT AVANT LA FIN DE PROGRAMME :)JE VAIS D AILLEURS M EN ACHETER UN AUTRE DES QUE JE PEUX car j’ai moi-même aussi du mal à dormir et ma maman n’est pas prête à me le prêter , elle l’utilise chaque jour et çà l’aide beaucoup à s’endormir, car elle est plutôt anxieuse et stressée , elle me dit qu’avec ce produit , elle s’endort plus vite et l utilise chaque jour , alors n’hésitez pas !
