Awesome product
Need to guard the fireplace from our little one. Really like the fact that it is adjustable. The guard came extremely fast and does a perfect job. Very easy to assemble. I would definitely recommend the product to people with young children and pets.
Not sturdy, Crappy instructions
Not sturdy enouanchoringgh to stand on its own – needs anchoring.Crappy, badly done instruction sheet. Hardware provided for anchoring is not explained.We’re only keeping this because we think we can improvise a different way to anchor, so that our cats are kept away from our wood stove.If you’re not someone that can troubleshoot and improvise, don’t buy this.
Flimsy broke before I got it together
Unfortunately itâs an urgent item so I will make do however itâs very flimsy and a hook came off as I was unpacking
Works well and is as described. Good product
It works well. Itâs exactly what it says it is. I read the reviews before I purchased so I knew what I was getting. The only thing I wasnât pleased about was the lack of directions with it. There were none. Iâm pretty handy and made it work. But someone who isnât handy may have a difficult time with it.
Pretty sturdy
This was fairly easy to assemble but still seemed a little unstable. We ended up anchoring it with zip ties and some sandbags and it is much more stable. It did come with hardware to install into the wall but we opted for this option instead.
Great unit to keep the kids away from the fire.

This screen was pretty solid and works well
This screen was pretty solid and works well. We bungee corded it together because we didn’t want to put screws into our brick wall. It works very well to keep our toddler off the fireplace and it looks nice enough that it doesn’t take away from the look of the fireplace.
