Works well and NO LOOPS!
Anyone who knows what I mean by the “loop” in some sound machines will be happy to know that with this one (at least as far as I can tell) you cannot hear the loops. I was surprised how few on Amazon offered that, or at least put it in their description.It has quite a few sounds to choose from although we really only found 2 or 3 that my wife and I could agree on. But I guess everyone has different tastes, so some of the once that we thought were terrible, someone else may really like.It has a good volume range and appears fairly well built given it’s price point. It’s compact enough to fit into luggage. If I were to nitpick, I wish the USB plugged into the side of the wall adapter instead of the back so that when I plug it into the wall it doesn’t stick out as far (it’s hard to fit the plug behind a dresser). But I just swapped it for another USB adapter.
Absolutely perfect!
There is nothing I dislike about this noice machine. I am a nurse working a mixture of night shifts and day shifts with no consistency. I need a fan running in my room at all times but it wasnât enough to drown out the noise in the house. The fact I can crank the volume on this machine (and it is LOUD) and have an option of fan noises among many other options is perfect for my needs. And to top it off itâs decorative to boot! It saves from my last settings so thereâs no need to take the time to adjust to my preference. Just turn it on and either crank or lower the volume to my needs. Anyone who works shift work and is easily woken and struggles to stay asleep, this machine with a sleep mask will be your saving grace!

I bought this sound machine because I saw comments about its power, the diversity of sounds, and the good quality of the sounds. All of this has been true for me. However, I only listen to more typical “white-noise machine” sounds (the flowing stream sound is my favourite). Some of the sounds, while good quality, are unpleasant or just weird for such machine. Still, I’m keeping it: really solid build, good quality, compact, and the sounds are definitely higher quality than cheaper machines.

Great little machine
This is the best little white noise machine I’ve had. I was previously using a Homedics together with my iPad app and this machine isn’t even on it’s highest setting and beats the two of them combined! I had a couple of Homedics machines and they both had wiring connection issues so definitely stay away from those anyway, and I’ve tried a few other machines over the years and this is the best by far volume-wise with a great range of fan and white noise sounds, and also nature sounds, if that’s what you’re into. The only con is that it’s a little bulky for travel, but it is lightweight and the cord, that plugs into the USB plug provided, or a device, is long. Very happy.

Although some of the sounds are pretty odd, there are enough good ones to make this a top choice. I especially like the wave sounds and the Rain setting is just perfect for me. I can have it loud enough to drown out the feline opera that takes place outside my door early in the morning. I seem to be sleeping better overall, so I think it’s blocking other noises that might disturb me me.There’s no setup, and no programming. Just switch it on, select your sound and volume, and that’s that. When you tun it off in the morning, it remembers the last settings you used. Frustration-free, in other words.All in all, a happy purchase

I bought this for our guestroom, So it only gets intermittent use. Itâs probably been used a total of 60-70 times in the past two years. During that time, it was great and worked well. Lots of Types of noise choices, as well as different pitches of noise choice. So thatâs cool. But for the past few months a.k.a. the last half a dozen uses, it does not turn on unless you unplug it from the back and plug it back in and then turn it back on. It wouldnât bother me so much for myself, but guests think it does not work at all unless I go through the updated usage directions. So Iâll be replacing it. I think Iâll try another brand with the same cool wood look.
I’ve always had trouble sleeping but when i bought this it changed my life. The thunderstorm setting is so clear and clean it’s perfect to calm me down after long days of work and school. It’s perfectly sized and is pretty sleek for the price. There’s also so many sounds available on the speaker it is perfect for any occasion.
I like it’s sleek design, easy to use, and the amount of sounds there are. I mostly use it for the nature and white noise sound when I sleep, it blocks out almost everything for me. It’s also nice for something ambient if you can’t work/do tasks without some sort of noise. The noises can get quite loud and can drown out a lot of other things, specifically outside noises like cars or trains.
I sleep with a fan next to my bed on high every night simply for the sound because if I am woken up in the middle the night, it is very hard for me to go back to sleep.I have tried several noisemakers to take with me when I travel and this is the first one that actually works for me. It has an option for white noise, which to me is the one most resembles a fan. It also has other sounds that I have used occasionally. You can adjust the volume as well. So, if you happen to be staying in a noisier place, you can drown it out and sleep.It is also much easier to fit into your suitcase than an actual fan. It can plug into a wall socket or into a USB port. I just keep it in the box that came in and stick it in my suitcase when I travel. It even fits for me when I am only taking a carry-on.It has been a game changer for me when I travel, which I do quite a bit.
