This product stopped working soon after I set it up. I reached out to customer service and they said since I was within the warranty, they would send a brand new one. They said that currently it was out of stock in their warehouse and as soon as it was back in stock, they would send it. They made the same statement for close to four months. They said there was a shipping issue and rest assured I would receive it as soon as they had it back in stock. Now when I tried to reach out to customer service, they just donât respond. This company seems very shady and looking on other reviews and reddit, it appears Iâm not the only one to have this experience.
Not worth the money
Purchased this product while I was pregnant. Set it up early so it would be ready when baby arrived. A couple months later turned it on and the camera will not work.
Garbage donât buy
Purchased two twin sets for my grandchildren. The first set seems to work but the second one broke right away and I spent two years trying to get customer service. Finally they sent a refurbished pair after emailing them weekly. I think they only have two people at this company and they work out of a garage.Worst customer support I have ever experienced. If the unit works then itâs great but if you have an issue then you have just spent $300 for nothing.
Impossible to pair the camera with the monitor
The camera worked for a while but when it disconnects, it’s really all about luck if you can manage to reconnect it to the monitor. We had a second camera too that we never managed to connect even following all the steps. I didn’t even try to call customer service as a I see the other comments are just discouraging. This company knows that there are issues with their camera and they are doing nothing about it, I hope there is a class action lawsuit one day.
Monitor stopped working, Customer Service not helpful
I bought the nursery pal system (camera and parent unit) about 6 months before my baby was born (April 2023) on sale at BuyBuyBaby. I started using it in january 2024 when he moved into his own room. It is now May 2024 and the parent unit has stopped working. After some back and forth with customer service and a lot of troubleshooting, they have told me there is likely a hardware issue with the monitor and it would need to be replaced. As their warranty is only good for 12 months (should be 2 years in my opinion), I am essential SOL. Aside from the monitor crapping out, I found the app annoying and I always received notifications about subscribing to their paid features which I am not interested in. The only way to turn these push notifications is to turn them ALL off which means you wonât get any notifications from the camera either (if youâre not using the parent unit). Over all, there are a lot of extra features on the camera/app/monitor that I donât find necessary and that make it overly busy and complicated. I wouldnât mind if customer service was better, though. Iâll be selling the camera to someone minus the broken parent unit and getting a whole new system instead.
BUYER BEWARE ð¨ DO NOT BUY!!!!
I would not recommend this product to anyone I know. The bells and the whistles of it seem amazing, I have owned a twin camera monitor for 8 months and have never used it as it didnât work out of the box. Unfortunately the company doesnât allow you to return to the store you bought at so you are at the mercy of their customer support. Cassia is lovely when you can get ahold of her, but she always has the same answer âwe will send you a new camera when we get them, but right now we donât have an estimated date they will arriveâ and that has been the same response since August. Save your hard earned money and your peace of mind and buy another brand.They unfortunately say they value Customer Experience but I have talked to about 10 customers who are having the same issues over and over. Their cameras are not working out of the box and Hubble is confirming this and saying we will get a replacement but they never have an update of when. They are deleting comments on their Instagram page of countless people trying to warn others – this is a shady company that doesnât have a clear plan of how to get us our replacement cameras but clearly have a protocol with how to deal with disgruntled customers – DELETE + IGNORE.PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!! I cannot believe this company is still in business.They are only getting a 1 star rating as that is the lowest it will allow. It is a ZERO star company. I will update my review accordingly if, and when I receive my replacement cameras.
Horrible Customer Service
My camera stopped connecting after 5 months of use, I reached out to their customer service⦠and 6 months later I still have yet to receive confirmation on a replacement. Iâve been told twice that âit will ship in 3-4 weeksâ. Horrible customer service. Not worth the money for this monitor at all.
App always disconnects
The app always says camera is disconnected, error connecting etc. Not worth the money.. buy something more reliable.
