  1. Don’t buy.
    We bought this product in advance of our newborn getting home. The product doesn’t work and doesn’t connect to the parent unit. The actual camera units do not work as per the instructions. The company has completely ignored Five separate customer support messages and seems to be completely fine to not help troubleshoot the issues. Big waste as I bought this in advance of our baby’s arrival and set it up once he was born, so I was past the return date. Big waste of money.

  2. Read before buying through Amazon
    I contacted customer support three weeks ago as one of my cameras suddenly stopped working! No one got back to me. I even followed up and still nothing.Update- managed to get a hold of somebody to replace the broken camera however because they didn’t have any replacements in stock and instead of just sending me a whole new unit I had to wait almost 3 months for a replacement camera. I appreciate their customer service in regards to getting back to me, but if you have two children, who need these cameras, a three month wait is simply not acceptable. These cameras are awesome when they working with the updates that they’ve made they are pretty seamless compared to versions prior. One thing I will say is if you’re going to purchase the cameras you’re better off purchasing them at the store so if they stop working, you can return it at the store directly. The customer support team was great. However, they should have better policies in place as were dealing with babies who need baby monitors not waiting this long to get a replacement.

  3. Worst baby purchase I made
    I bought this item 9 months ago. It actually never really work. It worked for a work and not been working since. I’ve been contacting the company for 8 months now. Support is terrible.Don’t buy from Hubble Connected. This would be my recommendation.

    I took the gamble of ignoring the negative reviews and trying to convince myself from only the good reviews.So much regret, never even got it to full connect . Thank fully amazon has a great return policy.Went with the leap frog camera and it is amazing it is everything i wanted out of this camera and more

  5. Great Cam with Huge Caveat
    I will start with the negative.DO NOT connect this camera to Wi-Fi. HubbleConnect has the ability to push out automatic firmware updates and they broke the video feed on our Parental Unit on Monday Dec 13, I have talked with their support everyday since waiting for the “fixed” firmware to be pushed out automatically. I am still waiting (going on 4 days); that is over 16 naps that I’ve had to sit in the room or sacrifice my phone to use their app as a workaround. Support has said I have to wait for the firmware and warranty is not an option at this point. This is a huge safety issue for a baby product that is basically crippled. The majority of the features of this monitor are now useless while I continue to wait for the firmware update.That being said, we bought this monitor for a dedicated HD video handheld unit that didn’t require WiFi. It works great (until above incident). Video and audio are clear, night vision is good, ability to pan and zoom are helpful. Parental Unit has a noise level indicator with LEDs on the side so you get notified on baby noises.

  6. slow customer Support
    I was sent a faulty camera that would not connect to wifi. I found customer service very slow as everything had to be done by email, no phone number for tech support. When they finally diagnosed the issue, the camera was not in stock so I had to wait a few more months in order to receive my replacement camera. Everything now works as it should, unfortunately my child was already several months old by the time I was able to start using the Hubble system

  7. Cameras disconnected often
    It was pretty bad. Setup took forever just to get the two cameras connected. Very little instruction until you download the app. The cameras disconnected often and often took 4-5 minutes after turning on before connecting. Touch screen is very slow and doesn’t always work consistently. The range was bad being 1 floor apart probably less than 30′ total it would cut out

  8. Good monitor initially but stopped working after 6 months
    We were happy with this monitor initially but it completely stopped working for no reason after 6 months! It’s an expensive purchase too so it’s sad when that happens.

  9. I really like the fact that you can move the cameras around and you can see both at the same time. Only thing is I wished that it had a wider frame range.

No lo compren no sirve producto malo, pensé que por el precio sería un buen producto pero me funcionó 1 semana y despues ya no se sincronizaba ni con el telefono ni con el monitor hice todo lo que decia el manual y los videos de youtube y no funcionó se fue a la basura tras un mes de la compra .termine comprando otro monitor.

  11. This is by far the worst purchase I made before having my baby. The charging cords for both the monitor and the camera and very flimsy and both bent when simply just trying to plug them in. The connection always goes out (even after having our wifi looked at and upgraded to higher/faster speed), the battery life on the camera is total crap (if your power goes out, it will be dead within minutes, mark my words), and the picture quality is absolutely terrible. The “features” on the device are ridiculous. If you want to increase or decrease the brightness, it will crash at least 10 times until you can select the setting to do so. The camera is also heavy, so forget trying to mount it anywhere. The company will not assist you and will only place the blame on you for “damaging” the product when in reality it’s just extremely cheaply made and poor quality. Just buy a better monitor. For $180, this was an absolute waste of money and a $30 monitor I have as a backup works better, imagine that.

  12. With so many terrible reviews I went with my gut and gave it a whirl. It took me over 3 hours to figure out how to get these cameras to connect because the directions aren’t helpful at all. I did some research and found that the cameras will run interference with each other as well as the parent unit. Keep the parent unit off and set up the cameras in completely different rooms and had absolutely no issues. I think this is where all the bad reviews came from. I’ve been using for a week and have one 1 SMALL issue with these camera and it’s the few second lag but that’s almost all monitors these days. Will update in a few months. I hope this helps someone.

  13. I bought these for my daughter off of her Amazon registry, for them to not work right out of the box! It won’t connect either cameras to the monitor, and even troubleshooted the product through the manufacturer to be told there is nothing that they can do. It’s a total SCAM. $300 for a non-working product and then the company won’t do anything to help. I have chatted with Amazon and since the manufacturer has a certain warranty, there’s nothing Amazon can even do (the manufacturer has it set up to be handled through them.) Honestly, it was a waste of time & money. I would advice everybody to pick for a better company to purchase baby monitors from. HUBBLE/MOTOROLA SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!
