  1. Doesn’t work out of box
    Monitor would not pair with camera out of the box. Followed instructions, did hard reset, googled manufacturers website for troubleshooting still would not pair. Item returned and refunded

  2. Battery issues
    Battery issues 15 months into use. Warranty is only for 12 months so company won’t do anything. Won’t be purchasing second unit from this company.

  3. Do not buy any of their products
    Buyer beware! If I could give a 0 star I would. Faulty products, they take your money and then make you wait MONTHS for a replacement. I already reported the company. Pretty sure they’re a scam company. Ive been waiting since March for my replacement. What a joke.

  4. Horrible customer service
    The monitor shut off with no warning and full battery. It took months to get an answer from customer service and I have yet to have this resolved. This monitor is anything but peace of mind. I constantly have to check on it to make sure it hasn’t turned off.

  6. Never worked
    Bought this monitor back in May and when we went to set it up in June, the camera wouldn’t pair. Contacted the company and after they requested multiple photos/videos of the defective device they offered to send a new unit. It’s now December and we have not received anything despite contacting the company multiple times. We had to resort to buying a different monitor and losing out on $200. Do not buy.

  7. Horrible
    Horrible product. It is a full time job to keep this camera operational and impossible to connect the camera to the monitor that I comes with. Does not come with any manual so you have to google everything. Save yourself the time and stress of dealing with the awful camera and buy a different brand.

  8. Buyer Beware
    My baby monitor stopped working under warranty and I have not received a replacement. This was 10 months ago. The company has terrible customer service. They delete bad reviews on Facebook

  9. The camera is ok. The picture quality isn’t the best. Not much zoom. Very very pixelated. When the light is on, awful. Better on night mode

  10. Device set up does not work for this model. We had one bought for us and purchased again thinking it was an isolated issue. There are 2 ways for camera to be connected to wifi. After following simple instructions multiple times, device does not do either option (show up on wifi network or scan generated qr code) which renders device useless. Have 0 tech support so i can not recommend this to anyone.

  11. I got the twin set. Realized you had to pay $5 a month to be able to use the app to see your monitor from your phone. Also, I bought my system in January and in late March (I had a baby mid March) the monitor was already not working correctly with the app – a few days later the camera wouldn’t work on the monitor either. Good luck working with the company too. It’s been almost a month without a monitor that works bc “their inventory” is low. They also do not offer returns if you buy directly from them unless the package hasn’t been open which makes NO sense. If you get a faulty camera you’re on your own 🤪

  12. We were gifted this monitor at our baby shower. The camera suddenly stopped connecting to the monitor. Our baby was 9 months old. Because it had been more than a year, the company could do nothing. We bought the same one again as we really enjoyed the features and thought this was a rare thing to occur. We’ve had this one for 2 months and the same thing happened. We can’t NOT have a monitor. But we will not be buying this one again, that’s for sure.

  13. I ordered this camera on 12/18/22. It died on 5/13/23. I emailed hubble same day and got an auto reply stating responses come within three business days. Today is 5/24/23 and I have yet to receive a response. I have not had any luck reaching the seller either. Now I’m stuck having to buy another monitor. I would have hoped for better customer service.
