Easy and effective
I would recommend this product; especially for individuals who are new to sinus irrigation, or for those who in past have used the larger nasal irrigation systems. I was new to sinus irrigation, and found that this product was very user friendly. The first few times, I didn’t think I quite got the hang of it but once I caught on after a couple uses, the process was simple and effective. Just to clarify, its not complicated at all; for me it was about getting my head tilted at the right angle to achieve maximum results. I prefer the gentle mist hydro sense, and again recommend that for first time users – it eliminates the shock of a stream of “water” going up your nose! Its more of a gentle spray, making it much easier to adjust to. Finally, its very handy. No muss no fuss. Just be sure to clean the nasal tip after usage. The tip does come off and snaps back on easily if needed.

I really like this product. It is easy to use and no mess like a netti-pot or some of the other spout ones. I use it every night. The value is good – cheaper than walmart but not available all the time. I recommend!

What a ripoff
It only lasted a few days. It was being used twice a day. You would expect it to last several weeks at that price. Now, we’re looking for a nasal spray bottle/dispenser that we can use our own filtered water. Buyer beware!
I love it, although I was hoping it was low in salt. But I am using it and it’s really great. I will buy it again if I dont find one with ocean water and no salt as I bought in Italy.

A little expensive but a great product.
This product was ordered on December 9th and was not opened and used until January 2.In the last few days the sprayer continues to run and therefore it is almost empty .This size in the past has lasted us 3 months or more.This is a very expensive item. Requesting that you reimburse us with another hydrasense daily nasal care
Have used this for years. Slightly tricky to use but once you’ve got the hang of it, it’s a lifesaver for those with stuffy noses. I have many times cleared a sinus infection with this, without the use of an antibiotic.
