I was worried because when the original clock arrive it did not turn on and when my husband looked he saw a lot of the 1 star reviews were saying the clock didnât turn on and the customer service was terrible so I was worried. BUT I reached out to the company and had a troubleshooting reply within a day! After the next message showing a video that it didnât work they assured me they would send a replacement which I received within 3-5 business days. Very satisfied! I usually donât listen to negative reviews because I know people who leave negative reviews are usually Karens and I regret listening to these ones. Customer service was 10/10, they didnât make me jump through hoops to get it replaced, they didnât just offer a refund for me to send it back, nothing excessive! If you receive a clock that doesnât work PLEASE reach out! They were fantastic! My new clock works perfect, my daughter has been waking up early since the time change in the fall and itâs just gotten earlier and earlier, now most days itâs 530 sheâs awake. Cute, but poor connection
Very cute clock. My daughter loves wishing the moon goodnight and the sun good morning. I like to think itâs helping with her understanding of when to wake up. We havenât done much with the lights or sounds, so I cannot comment on that. I do wish the display could dim a bit more, but not a big issue now that she is use to the light.We were going to return it due to a poor connection between the clock and cord. If the clock gets knocked/moved it goes black. There were a few times I had to really wiggle the cord around to get it to turn back on. I never got around to making the return, and where it sits right now itâs been working good.

Cute product and Ecxellent customer service
My son loves this clock. It is easy to use and the sun and moon icons are cute. We also have the light on all night as a night light. The brightness and colour are adjustable. The different musical sounds are nice as well. We used it for a few months and the display started flickering, which I thought was due to the cable. I was sent a new cable but a few months later it happened again and at that time I was sent another new cable. When I received it, I realized it wasnât actually the cable, but the clock itself. Since it was still under a warranty, we were sent a replacement, which weâve had no issues with. The company is really committed to providing excellent customer service. Bravo!
Would rate zero if possible
This alarm clock was okay at first. The functions work well, but the sounds are terribly high pitched also the colour fade feature is very laggy and honestly very distracting.We were happy enough with the clock, until about two weeks ago the cable suddenly doesnât work properly. If moved slightly the whole clock shuts down entirely. Iâm honestly worried it has bad wiring and is potentially a fire hazard. Weâve only had this product less than 3 months.To make matters worse I am unable to contact the company for any kind of support.Extremely disappointed.

Après avoir reçu mon colis , jâétais vraiment déçu et même fâcher de constater que lâheure du soleil et de la lune nâétait pas réglable comme je le voulais comme celui que jâai présentement pour mon garçon . Je mâattendais à ravoir le même ! Après avoir discuter avec le service du vendeur , on mâa offert de me renvoyer un de lâancien modèle vu que câest se que je voulais . Le nouveau modèle le soleil arrive à partir de 8:00 le matin se qui nâest pas pratique pour moi . Jâétais vraiment contente de pouvoir ravoir le même modèle que jâavais . Ils me lâont envoyé sans problème et ont pris la peine de me recontacter être sûr que jâétais satisfaite . Excellent service après vente . Lâhorloge quand à elle reste malgré tout avec le nouveau modèle très beau quelque option de plus , toujours sautant pratique, le seul B mol pour ma part est quâon ne peut pas avoir de soleil avant 8:00 am . Ayant des enfants ultra lève tôt , câest beaucoup trop tard pour nous ð . Si non rien à dire !
Not very happy with it
It’s a nice looking clock.There are a lot of features packed in it but I find it hard to use. The white noise controls are at the bottom and if you are in a deem room they are impossible to see and the sounds are not nice so I never use them.The main issue I have with this clock is that the power connector is loose so everytime I pick up the clock or move it it turns off and it doesn’t have batteries so it has to be near the outlet which is not ideal in my case.The idea with sleep training 𤣠will never work with my kid. By the time she can understand this concept she will able to understand it with any clock so I’m skeptical about that.And last complain. For such a big clock the digits are really small. somehow anything I have on the night stand blocks it…So I use it just as regular clock and nightlight when I need to change a dipper for the little one. But it is too bright to use throughout the night.
My daughter has a sleep disorder that makes sleeping through the night, taking naps, and getting more than six hours of sleep difficult. I had not slept through the night in four years… until last night.We have tried several of these clocks, but they always only allowed you to set either the moon or the sun. Never both. This has led to many problems as she stayed up too late or woke up too early. We lost many hours of sleep testing these.This is the first one we tested that allowed us to set the sun and the moon.Is it perfect?No.The screen is too bright, and I can’t figure out how to dim it. It doesn’t appear to have a battery pack, which was a universal feature in the other versions of this we have tried.Will that prevent me from buying another one…?Also no, I have another one coming today! I might get a third for our main space so she can see when it is moon time and control the start of her bedtime routine.If you need to program when the sun sets and when it rises because you need this to help you set both bedtime and wake time, this is for you. Then again, I literally don’t care about the other features, so…The night light is nice, and she likes the colors. The screen brightness is enough night light though, tbh. We are using the “night light” as a reading light on its highest settings. It needs to be plugged in, which is not a big deal for us. If you need it to be unplugged, you can get a portable charger and run it on that.Oh! And did I mention the sun and the moon are independently programmable and it works?? I did? All this sleep is giving me too much energy….
Ich habe den Wecker vor ca. zwei Jahren für meine Tochter gekauft und seitdem ist der Wecker naturgemäà im Dauereinsatz. Die bunten Lichter, die unterschiedlichen Wecktöne, Sonne/Mond für Tag- und Nachtanzeige sind tolle Features für einen Kinderwecker.Im Laufe des zweiten Jahres hat das Kabel einen Wackelkontakt bekommen und ich musste es austauschen. Vor einigen Wochen haben sich einzelne Segmente der Ziffern in der LED-Anzeige verabschiedet, sodass die Uhrzeit nicht mehr richtig angezeigt werden konnte. Kurz vor Ende der 2-Jahres-Gewährleistungsfrist habe ich den Hersteller angeschrieben. Sie haben prompt geantwortet und mir ohne zu zögern, das defekte Gerät durch ein neues Gerät samt Stecker ersetzt – kostenfrei.Während die alte Version keine Snooze-Taste hatte, hat die neue Version eine, allerdings an der Geräteunterseite – das ist nicht so ganz stimmig. Die Klangqualität der Weckmelodien ist für erwachsene Ohren nicht gut, meine Tochter hat sich darüber aber nie beschwert. Dafür sind das Display und die bunte Raumbeleuchtung sehr gelungen.Insgesamt und aus der Kinderperspektive ein schönes Gerät, dem ich für sich 4 Sterne geben würde. Wegen des Top-Kundenservice vergebe ich gerne 5 Sterne.

Réveil simple d’utilisation et de programmation. Les lumières, musiques sont agréables. On peut régler l’intensité/le volume et c’est parfois. La lumière est douce et agréable et il y a plusieurs possibilités. Les musiques et sons sont doux. Le design est simple et joli, tout comme les illustrations. Les enfants ont de suite compris le principe et l’objectif de cet achat est déjà atteint. Je recommande !
