Fits perfect
Fits the Fischer price motions bassinet perfectly. The pad that comes with the bassinet is literal garbage, it crumples up and is hard as a rock. This product is way more sturdy and softer. My little man loves it so far and it feels safer as it doesnât bunch up like the one that came with the bassinet! This product comes with a water proof lining which is kinda cheap looking and a sheet. Havenât used either yet, just regular bassinet sheets!
Pad is good, fitted sheet I wouldn’t count on it.
First time mom here, expecting baby to arrive soon.I bought this pad thinking on using it on an old crib that we got passed by friends as I didn’t want to trust an old pad because of sids… This product caught my attention because I wouldn’t need to buy the pad protection or the fitted sheet as it comes with it and the reviews were amazing.What I didn’t notice is that nobody was using the extras, just the pad and fair enough, the fitted sheets don’t fit, they are either too small or my giees is that the pad is not strong enough to stay in shape once you put the sheet on.Anyways, seems good apart from that, I was a bit sceptical at the beginning, seamed like the pad was going to be uneven but once you let it out for a few hours, it takes the expected shape.
Baby sleeps much better and much longer
I was a bit sceptical about this product, but since getting it, my baby is sleeping much better and much longer. There is a very small gap at the end, but barely noticeable and fits the soothing motions bassinet by Fisher-Price very well as the original mattress it comes with is thin, hard and very uncomfortable. I do recommend this product and it comes with sheets and a moisture barrier.. The soothing motions bassinet should have came with a mattress like this originally
Sizing is incorrect!
The mattress measurements are not accurate. I measured our bassinet and bought this because it was supposedly the same size. The other reviews are correct in that it is inches shorter. The waterproof cover is plastic and what feels like a terry cloth. And the included sheet is very thin, see through, and a pink/tan colour. The material that is covering the mattress is silky and poorly sewn, with unfinished edges. Overall it will work, but it is very cheap quality and significantly smaller in length.
Small..
Although nice , and the shape was the same as the bassinet, it was smaller in size. If you have a normal bassinet, this wonât fit it. I think this is meant for dolls or something.

I got the pack and play nursery system that comes with a bassinet and changing table that clips onto the playpen but the bassinet doesnât come with a mattress so I actually ordered this mattress hoping that it would fit inside that bassinet. Well, it isnât a proper fit and it was a couple of inches too big for that particular bassinet. However, I did still use it and was quite surprised how soundly my newborn slept while on it. I also have a larger bassinet and cradle in different rooms that did come with mattresses that are considerably larger than this one, but I put this mattress down on top of the larger mattresses and the baby actually sleeps better and longer with this than without it. I have been using this for 6 weeks now with no unusual smell or stains appearing. This mattress also comes with an extra waterproof liner. I donât use it for the mattress. The mattress seems pretty waterproof enough so I use it on the couch where I am most comfortable changing the baby to protect the upholstery. This mattress also comes with a sheet made with satisfactory fabric, fits perfectly, washes well, and has zero fabric that gathers beneath the baby that can effect airflow. There is even a bib included that is buttery soft and a bag that can be used for sorting laundry. All in all this was a fantastic purchase of incredible value, and, these days, that seems pretty hard to come by, so I highly recommend this product.
I bought this since the mattress that came with the bassinet I had was extremely uncomfortable and thin.I bought this as a replacement and I love it. The mattress thickness is nice. The foam mattress is so soft which is different from those cheap bassinet mattress. I like that the water proof cover came separate so you can put it under or on top of the cover.The reason I gave this 4 stars is that the mattress was stained with what it seems to be the color of the mattress covers that came with it. This isnât a big deal since the mattress will have a cover.
Foam mattress itself came stained that you cloths see through the cover and did not fit.
This mat is just very thin. I just wish it was thicker and more comfortable for my babies. The sizing is great and it fits my Halo bassinet. The cover that came with it is cute but not comfortable too.
