This baby monitor is amazing!! The set-up process was quick and easy (literally just plug in and it is connected and ready to go!), and setting up the app (you can have multiple accounts view the same camera simultaneously) was seamless!I originally purchased the Owlet ($300 CAD) given it’s reviews and name brand. I wanted the best for my baby and I thought paying more meant getting a quality product – I was so wrong. It was the absolute WORST baby camera ever.. it constantly disconnected and was completely unreliable. I decided I needed a more reliable camera so I bought this one. It’s absolutely amazing and I cant rave about it more! I am very happy with the video quality, the consistent stream, the fact that it removes background noise (we play white noise for the baby when she sleeps), and easy UI.This camera has amazing video quality during both daytime and nighttime. It is literally the same quality as the name brand Owlet baby monitor. The stream is consistent and unwavering, and so far I haven’t had it fail once. It has a physical monitor that is not connected to Wi-Fi so you can feel confident it won’t fail short of a power outage, and you can take it anywhere in the house with you! The app is also fantastic and easy to use. After purchasing the terrible Owlet camera for more than twice the cost, I made sure to do a lot of due diligence in purchasing my new camera and this one has great reviews so I was confident in the purchase. I was not disappointed. I really can’t explain how much peace of mind it has given me for my baby and the customer service is supreme!!! They have been very responsive so far to my emails and very polite. The Owlet brand name camera, on the other hand, has the worst customer service and literally told me their faulty camera was my problem.This is a fantastic product and I highly recommend it!

I loved this but bought in September and July now and can’t charge the hand held very sad
Update I bought in September and the hand held no longer charges… I have reached out and they were like is it oxidised like how would it oxidized?? That makes no sence it worked one day then the next it isn’t charging I used the charge cable that came with it never any others as it’s my only white cord and white block… I got is september 2023 it’s July 2024 so less then a year old.. I sooo not happy and I feel like they might just drag out trying to fix it as it’s only 1 year on faulty parts…. very disappointed in the first reply guess I’ll see what they are going to do if anythingSo deducted a star cause the hand head doesn’t last very long at all like maybe 3 hours witch definitely is sad and leaving it plugged in and on it gets very very hot witch is definitely not good most likely will break the batter and that be the reason people can get the battery to work after sometime unless it plugged in the settings are great I wish there was a heart beat sound but can maybe added later the phone app is pretty good sad they want us to pay for a subscription to keep photos or to make recordings seeing as it only take a screen shot when someone walks into the room not video unless you pay but all in all very clear also does follow sounds and movement to anextent witch creepy lol always wonder if someone is watch but it is what it’s supposed to do just wish there was a setting so once I walk out of the room it went right back to baby even if baby is sleeping and not moving lol annoying.
