This isn’t the greatest quality childproof cabinet locks we have ever used but they have worked in a pinch. For the most part they were easy to install (it came with a little guide piece) & work most of the time. But we have one or two that will occasionally just, not latch lock anymore. And another one or two that seem to over-lock somehow so that no matter how you wiggle around the little magnet key it just will not unlatch. Frustrating, for sure, but the longer we’ve lived with them the more we get used to their quirks, I guess.

Not sure if it’s the product but these didn’t work kn my cabinets. I’ve tried multiple types and unfortunately these didn’t work. Not sure if my cabinet type isn’t conducive to magnetic locks ð¤·
These are supposed to be baby locks so a child is not able to open drawers or cabinets. I have three sets of doors made of different materials that I needed to be child proofed. One is metal, one is wood, and one is laminated wood. I cleaned all of them, let them dry, then stuck all the pieces as instructed, made sure they all made contact, and thought because it is supposed to be 3M tape(or sticky stuff) it would not come off. None of them stuck, they all popped right off when my nephew, who is 2 gave a little tug. He is the reason for the locks. They do not do as advertised, they are trash. Not one piece stayed put, they all just popped off.I do have a different brand I bought at Walmart, guess I will have to go back there as those had been put on over 10 years ago and are still there working, even hubby can’t pull them off. Just bought these to put on the doors since we have a few new pieces of furniture we didn’t want him getting in.
