Very supportive and snug
My son has cerebral palsy and doesn’t have very good neck strength so his head often flops to the side. I find this head support is fantastic at holding his yead up. The only downside is that it does seem to be right in his face and he can’t look to the sides very well, however still worth it for the added support.

Purchased for my 5 year old son in preparation for a round trip to Thailand (24+ hours of one way travel). He was so excited about using it that he insisted on using it during car rides before the trip too. Worked great for all four legs of the trip.
