5 years old for a little under a year now and I cannot say enough good things about it
I have been using this chair with my 1.5 years old for a little under a year now and I cannot say enough good things about it. The chair itself is very sturdy. It clamps onto most tables no problem and is secure (my son is 1.5, 31lbs, over 3 feet tall). I was worried at first that the clamps may leave a mark on the table, however I have had it on a variety of surfaces and have never seen it leave a mark. I have had a couple instances where I haven’t been able to use the chair (for instance, on round tables or on tables that have a very large lip under them and the arms cannot fit around it). I use this chair most often at restaurants, camping, and at home as a second high chair. The bag for the chair is attached to the back so you will never lose it. The fabric comes off extremely easily and can be thrown right into the washing machine when it gets dirty which I also love. I would HIGHLY recommend getting the Fast Dining Tray that goes with the chair as well. It is small and snaps right on. This is especially great in restaurants as I find so often the high chairs they provide do not come with a tray, and I hate him eating right off of the table. I love this chair so much that I have stopped using my high chair at the table and now my son only sits with us using this chair. He seems more a part of the family as this chair sits right on the table, and I personally think he is more comfortable in this chair than his high chair (which is the Peg Perrego chair and great quality). I pass along the name of this chair to anyone who is having a baby as in my opinion it is a MUST have baby item. I can’t say enough good things about it! If you look it is also VERY well reviewed for safety on Consumer Reports Canada which is another reason I ended up going with this chair versus some of the competitors chairs.
Works Great Grandaughter Loves It
Granddaughter is almost 1 year and a little over 20 pounds. Fits well with room to grow. I like how this is portable and takes less space than the high chair. Note the “carry bag” attached is black. When I first opened the box I thought I got the wrong colour. This orange is vibrant and you can see the “droppings” for cleanup between washes. Read the directions for tightening to the surface – very sturdy, great product.
Amazing purchase! Highly recommended not only as a travel chair but for everyday use
We bought this chair nog as a travel chair but rather to replace the big bulky highchair that we had previously. The original chair took up a great amount of floor space and was difficult to clean.This hook-on chair is great, installs easily and is very sturdy. It accommodates the lip/skirt on our dining table and is just the right size.The pocket in the back is handy to keep extra bibs, or washcloths and the hidden (attached) carry bag is handy when we take it to the grandparents house on special occasions.The cover comes off easily for cleaning and although it says to hand wash, I pig ours in the washer on delicate and then in the dryer on low and it comes out just like new — just be sure to remove the seat cushion insert first.Overall this was a smart purchase for us and I would never go back to a floor model highchair; in fact I wish we would have had this style to begin with. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone who wants a high quality space saving product that blends in with your decor.
Perfect foldable chair
It fits perfectly in a large luggage, and works pretty much in any table. Ease to clean and nice design to keep baby safe inside the chair. Didn’t give 5 stars because the assembly can take a while to screw it up to the table
Amazing Chair!
What an amazing high chair! We have had this high chair for a few weeks now and I can definitely say it is the best high chair we have had, and we have had 5 kids! The seat can get dirty but is easy to clean because of the heavy weight material used to construct it. The clamps are super strong and hide away under a zipped pocket on each side making the chair a little safer for babies legs. I just love that it takes 2 minutes to remove the seat and fold it down flat to take to a restaurant or family dinner. No more carrying around a big high chair to family events or using a grungy restaurant booster.
Great chair
Great chair- I bought this to compare to another I could get from Babies R Us (the perch) and I liked this one more! It is compact, very simple (read:quick) to set up when out and about and make it very secure, and it serves all our needs. Great to take on vacations, even people who want to save space and use as their primary chair at home it would be great. The gap some people talk about is there but i donât really think itâs an issue, itâs not like my baby is flush against any table edge even in her high chair?
Awesome for camping
Good: This attaches to picnic tables and regular tables using a C – clamp type action where you keep turning the post until it’s tight. Therefore, adjustable and stable.Not as good: about 1″ gap between seat and table. Fix: a big/long bib on baby shoved down into that spot.Awesome: washable cover. Easy to set up once you figure it out. Folds flatter than Chicco.Chose this one since the arms didn’t extended out as far so will fit the overhang on my island.A perfect, safe place for a toddler while busy parents are doing all those camping chores.
Stuck to table!
I liked it until it got stuck to my friends backyard table, it keeps turning like itâs loosening but itâs not budging. This is very upsetting and I feel terrible for my friend who still has it stuck to her table.
This high chair is amazing. It is easy to take to a family gathering, minimal storage, covers come off for effective washing in the washing machine. It is durable as well!
This is the perfect size to transport or use at home. It is sturdy and well made. It is so easy to use and attaches right to our table. Can be used many different places. I purchased the green because it was a better value.
I was leary of a suspended seat but after reading reviews, decided to give it a try. I was impressed by the quality and stability and happy with my purchase. I was able to assemble it easily and attached it to my granite island where my grandkids take their meals and snacks. The seat is deep and comfortable. I love the back pocket which I use to hold bibs. My granddaughter loves sitting at the same level as her brother and the rest of us and mealtime is fun. As a grandma, I highly recommend this seat…just read the table requirements as the seat is not compatible with all tables. Kudos to the company…I wish these had been around when my babies were little!
This chair is amazing and light weight. We were gifted a foldable highchair/booster seat that weighed a ton and was bulky. This one I purchased on a win as I didn’t not have room in my suitcase for the other one as I was trying to travel solo and only have two hands. It was worth the purchase, from price point to quality ratio, but also color is super bright and fun, easy to wipe clean with a baby wipe. Has a built in attached storage bag that tucks into bottom under seat- so you are not constantly looking for the bag. Quick to assemble and really east to break down too. I keep it in my car now for when we dine out as it is way easy to pop up, know its clean, and BONUS takes up less room at tight spaced restaurants vs the provided high chairs. Already ordered another for the second baby on the way in black and of course had to test it out with my daughter (see video above, ignore commentary).
Easy to setup and put away, simple design, sturdy during use. The back of the chair goes in the bag first (front first is a pain, back first is easy). The only con is that the bag drawstring lacks a barrel lock, but not too hard to add one.
