Designed for Play – Unlike most products on the market the PlayTRAY was created specifically for kids play. It is designed for children of all ages as a flexible place to play, with a shallow bin ideal for play dough and craft and a deep bin for sensory and messy play. The 6 removable inserts are perfect for organizing play equipment and supplies, as well as offering more opportunities for setting up creative play activities.
Features – The shallow bin doubles up as a lid for the large bin, and has a seal, allowing play activities to be stored away and returned to another day. Non-slip silicone feet on both bins help the PlayTRAY stay put while you’re playing, helping keep as much of the mess in the bin as possible. Made from tough BPA-free, FDA food-safe ABS plastic to give you peace of mind whilst your little ones play.
Size – With a 15.4″ diameter play area, the large bin is 3″ deep and the lid is 0.6″ deep. Tested & certified for use from birth. It is designed to be used by children of all ages and abilities! Providing a fun, safe and portable play environment for children with disabilities or special educational needs (SEN).

Really poor quality. For the price it is certainly not worth it, as it broke and has cracks in it. I wish I could get a refund on this.
Where do I even begin? This sensory bin has turned our chaotic living room into a hub of educational bliss, albeit with a sprinkle of rice in unexpected places. My 2 year old is obsessed, and honestly, so am I. Hereâs why: 1. The Size: Itâs large enough for sensory chaos but small enough not to dominate the room. My toddler fits all the rice, toys, and their dreams inside this bin without spilling everything (mostly). 2. The Lid: Oh, the lid! Itâs like a knightâs shield, protecting our sensory treasures from dust, bugs, and our overly curious cat, who now sulks in defeat nearby. Bonus points for doubling as an activity tray. 3. Non-Skid Bottom: No more chasing runaway bins across the floor. It stays put, even when my toddler uses it as a trampoline substitute. 4. Durability: Speaking of trampolines, my kid has tested this binâs limits. It holds strong like the unsung hero it is. 5. Inspiration Galore: The included ebook has made me the mom I never thought Iâd be. I mean, miniature construction site or treasure chest with gems and coins? Genius. And yes, the dry-erase feature works, so my son can âaccidentallyâ draw on it while I sip my coffee.In summary, this sensory bin is the Swiss Army knife of toddler entertainment. It keeps the kid busy, the pets out, and me sane. If youâre on the fence, just buy itâand prepare to find rice in places you didnât know existed. Totally worth it!

Expensive, yes on the higher side of many a tuff tray ensemble that I have been considering for some time, but I am really pleased with this tray now it is here. It is big, and that is a good thing, loads of space for loads of stuff in those compartments.Versatile, absolutely. Did our first (dry) tray yesterday for today, a bug themed tray, with hessian, ribbons, raffia, sticks, leaves, and all sorts of bits, along with Inspires funnels and sieve/bowl set and he loved this! He is not quire 2.5 years old and played for just over half an hour. He literally sat, investigating, touching, moving from compartments, sieving, scooping.This is going to be much loved. We got the cards to go with this and I found them inspirational. Like I said, expensive, yes on an initial outlay. But weigh that against times used over the years abs suddenly it’s not so expensive after all. And I had fun too! One happy nanny and grandson combo indeed!Update – just had time to read the sensory play ebook which is packed full of fabulous information which just enhances the whole play experience. this is accessed via a QR code on an insert in the box. Today I had an Easter Play tray ideas email, just endless ideas that in all honesty, I would not be coming up with.Second update – can I rate this tray to OUTSTANDING because it simply is. This morning we (and kitty) have all sat for 50 minutes, yes 50 whole minutes, playing in this tray with big beads, sea animals, a bit of oobleck and shaving foam, some flowers from a hawaiian garland and the scoops, tweesers and pots. Honestly, we have had such a huge amount of fun and the prep of it was minimal. I had cooked some spaghetti and coloured it too, but overcooked it and it was just sticky – lesson learnt that less is deffo more!This is one incredible learning resource that I know is going to grow with him. When I took it out today, he was jumping for joy, waited for the splat mat to go down and then sat and just went oooh as soon as I took the lid off, then dove straight in. It is such a simple concept but works brilliantly.
