The handles are already broken on arrival – easily broken
As a wheelchair invalid it was impossible to deal with the company to get a pick up and replacement of broken items. They expected me to somehow get the huge box to a drop of wheeling a wheelchair.The handles are inferior and the company does not reply to your emails when you need assistance.

Good size, bad quality
I ordered these twice, the second time was to replace the first batch that I purchased. Both times the lids came cracked and the handles are falling off because the holes to keep the black handle in we’re not properly made. The size is good for a condo, but I would not buy these again..
I have a storage rack above my garage door and was limited to a particular size. I bought the product more for the size than anything else. To my grateful surprise they are made well. Thick and sturdy side walls and bottom. The lid fits nicely and locks up securely. I’m so happy with the storage capacity and functionality. Money well spent.
The bins are exactly what I wanted, but I do not understand why they came in an enormous box, much bigger than necessary with a ton of paper filling the empty space. It was difficult to get the box into my place, and difficult to recycle due to the size
Very cheap material clearly. Basically all the lids arrived broken and some of the handles. Unfortunately I donât have the time to return and get another otherwise I would. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
I needed these for storage in my garage. They locked so well that sometimes I felt like I was opening a vault.
They are pretty small so I donât have much use for them. The handles also fall off pretty easily. Otherwise they are a fine product
