There’s plastic tabs on each rear horizontal support strut, maybe intended to support the drawers when they’re closed but in fact only serving to make it impossible to close a drawer while there’s any non-trivial weight in the drawer above, since the flimsy little tabs readily bend down under the weight, into the path of the drawer below. You have to do this comical little dance of opening the upper drawer in order to close the one below it (sometimes across multiple drawers, all the way to the top). A frustrating and user-hostile design, frankly.And overall it’s just flimsy. The plastic is weak and bends easily. The drawers themselves bend and flex with ease, deforming under any meaningful load and becoming difficult to slide in and out. They also become brittle in time (a year or two) – one of mine cracked all along the side, reducing its already limited structural integrity even further.Basically if you put any real weight in the drawers – or worse, in every drawer – the whole thing sags, deforms, and becomes a pain to use.The swivel wheels on the bottom are very small and very cheap – half of them basically don’t rotate on any axis, so you’re basically just pushing it forcefully around, if you try to move it. Possibly with scratching damage to wood floors.

What in the world were these designers thinking? There is a notch in the back of each drawers that would prevent the drawers from fully closing – Look like they didn’t even once test their design or didnt even think that plastic would bend. Was this designed in china? Bought other plastic storage items from this brand and they all bend out of shape or broke during shipping that render their product useless. Contacting them only took about 2 months for a proper resolution. Why is this company still doing business in the USA? So many questions. They cost equal or more than other brands. Anyways, for anyone who are unable to return this item like myself because it is passed the return date, I came up with a work-around that may help you: Use packaging tape to pull each notch up. You can achieve this by taping half of the tape to the bottom of notch then flip the other half of the tape around connect and tape it to to the front lip. Less than a minute work-around and essentially you are pulling the notch up and preventing the notch from sagging – this doesn’t take a genious, heck Ill even give them advice for free on other design flaws…but this brand makes USA brand look bad and overall deserve 0 star.

After about 2 months, the drawers got stuck and don’t close properly anymore. Bad design.
