Perfect Even For HUGE Contours Options Elite
****Just updated! Just want to reiterate my 5 rating. Yes, I have purchased a brand new one, but for the price and literally for my last one to have worked for a whole year (dipped towards the end), câmon! Itâs worth it! Itâs like taking the babyâs âCadillacâ to the wash. Itâs so clear while still safely protecting them from the elements. Finally, we pay a lot for our strollers (and the kiddos are priceless, of course) and need them to last for years. Mine still appears to be like new and I give some of the credit to this protector. Those of us with twins who live in Canada can attest that, if you donât drive, it can be a nightmare out in the elements. This thing has SAVED us. Along with our Jolly Jumper stroller sacks that keep our girls warm, this weather shield makes their rides outside enjoyable. Not sure if the folks giving bad reviews did not apply it correctly to the stroller, but Iâve been able to have it fit perfectly on our Contours Options Elite (2018 model) in all of the 7 seat configurations as well as when we had car seat attachments when the girls were super tiny. Weâve used it all Fall and Winter and we have no issues with rips/tears. This thing is durable! Only down side is that if itâs windy as others have mentioned, it can lift up and away, but without an elastic around the bottoms, thatâs to be expected. For the other reviewer who mentioned the âfoggingâ. Iâm actually ok with this knowing that air is flowing but itâs not flowing so much thereâs 0 protection of that makes sense? For the price, you canât beat this. Getting a couple more so I have them for multiple strollers. Thank you Jolly Jumper!!
Perfect for rainy season
I bought this stroller rain cover and it works great. It keeps my baby dry during rainy walks and fits well over the stroller. Itâs easy to put on and take off, and the clear material lets my baby see outside. Iâm happy with this purchase!
Pretty good
I have an evenflo foli3 stroller and was worried it wouldnât be as âuniversalâ as itâs said to be and it works great! Have had a few times Iâve needed to use it and my son stayed dry! And there are little holes for ventilation
Fits great
Fits great. Covers stroller. Worth the money
Fits Joovy Caboose Ultralight
It fits my Joovy Caboose Ultralight perfectly and thereâs plenty of room in the front that I am sure it would still fit well with car seat attached on! Nice thick plastic and breathable holes, love it!
Ripped within one winter season
Worked great for our evenflow stroller. But it did rip very quickly.
I use this for the pronto V1
I like that this fits the Pronto V1 and the price is right
Good one
Great product highly recommend it
We had annual passes to Walt Disney World, where it always rained at least once during each trip. So we knew we needed a cover for our stroller to keep our kids, and the stroller itself, dry. This cover is nice and sturdy and does help keep the kids and items down below nice and dry even under heavy rain. It fits over our Graco Ready2Grow (with the default configuration) well and still allows for good air flow for the kids to be able to breathe fresh air underneath. It stays in place even with some wind. The only issue we had was it didn’t quite reach all the way down in the front, so our son’s feet were still exposed and would get wet, so we had to use a poncho over his feet to keep them dry.
Actions speak louder than words. There is a big difference between what people say and what they do. People might tell you they are excited about your new product, but when they are in a buying situation their behaviour might be totally different.
I bought this rain guard for our February Disneyland trip to have just in case. Our first day in the park it started to sprinkle. We had to go back to our hotel and I put the cover on the stroller and it fit perfect. My 2 year old was sitting in the front and my 5 year old was sitting on the bench. Both girls stayed dry and so did everything in the stroller. It was so nice to park it in the rain and not worry about it. Lots of people left the park because of the rain but since we were dry we stayed and knocked out a lot of popular rides. I got a lot of jealous looks to as people were putting garbage bags and their own ponchos over their stroller as they got in line for rides. Our forecast for our trip had no rain but I’m glad I brought it. I would recommend to anyone who has a chance of rain. Better safe than soggy wet kids. My older daughter did ask about the holes on the sides (air vents) but she never got wet through them.
I debated between another generic tandem raincover and the Joovy Rain Cover when I saw this last minute. I’m glad I bought this instead! It fits our Joovy Caboose Ultralight perfectly even with the car seat attachment on it. It is a few bucks more expensive than the generic rain cover I was going to get, but worth it considering it covers both my children AND the baby’s feet up front. It also covers my diaper bag hanging on stroller handles because of the flap that goes over it. The only downside (which is not really a deal breaker for me) is (1) It does smell of plastic once you receive it but I just aired it out and the smell isn’t as bad. (2) The rain cover does cover the feet of the passenger up front. So well, in fact, that it tends to drag on the ground. I’ve solved this by tucking in the remaining raincover underneath the foot rest. I think its better to be over covered than under covered at the feet. It might also be how my stroller is designed. It’s lower to the ground than most full size and tandem stroller. All-in-All worth every penny and keeps both my kids happy and dry even during a downpour.
Haven’t used it in the rain yet, but this fits our Graco Room for 2 Sit and Stand stroller. It’s a little awkward with the car seat attached, but it will keep them dry. Also, may hit tall child’s head in back, when sitting – I’m not sure yet and it depends on their height, but it looks like it might!11/2/14 Edit : tried it in the cold wind today and my average-tall height 2.5yo could sit on the bench and still have 5-8″ clearance above his head. I realized today how useful the Velcro flap is each time he wanted to get on and off. I’m a little worried to see how the holes (on the side) do in the rain. I’ll try to update when I find out! Also, I didn’t have the problem of it blowing off. It lifted a bit, but never more than 5″.1/30/15 Edit : works great in the rain and snow! We don’t have any leaks through the side holes. Both kids have stayed warm and dry!
