Good camera until it stopped connecting, bad customer service
Terrible customer service. Will not respond to my email regarding an issue with the product which should be resolved under warranty. Have reached out numerous times to manufacturee regarding the issue and they have not responded however responded quickly to my question about the product after I had purchased it.
Good camera, bad experience
Pros: video quality, range, features, pan/tiltCons: temperature is not accurate, battery was good at the beginning but does not last longer than 1 hour now, poor customer service as per below.I purchased this product as an add-on camera for my existing s6 monitor/camera purchased 2 years ago. This model does not pair with the model I purchased. After being bounced around by customer support, it became apparent that they no longer sell the model I am in need of.My customer support experience was not good nor was my issue resolved. I purchased from this company under the advertisement that I could add on a second camera. When the time came to do so it was ultimately not possible due to choices made by the company. While I did like the camera itself and the features, the add-on camera situation along with poor customer support has informed my decision to not buy from this company again.

This is not the most cost efficient baby monitor, but it is almost as nice as the price might suggest.Super clear picture with the ability to zoom. I can see the boogers up my kiddos nose from 5-7ft even in night vision mode, which is not what weâre using it for but notable for paranoid new parents who want to monitor breathing in the middle of the night.Lots of settings; microphone, room thermometer, plays lullabies, alarms, and alerts for sound, and temperature drops or spikes my only critique is that I would like to be able to turn down the brightness on the monitor would recommend

Do not buy. I should have listened to the other reviews. Camera doesnât sync. A waste of money. If I could leave no stars I would.
When I received the product it worked really well at first. Within about 30 to 60 days, I had an issue where the camera that came with it would no longer pair while a second one I bought seperately worked. I reached out to customer service and we did some troubleshooting through email. Once it was apparent that it could not be fixed, they sent me a replacement free of charge and still allowed me to keep the old one. They even said maybe I could get the old one to work and use three cameras. Great customer service, great product!Update: It’s now been 6-7 months since purchasing the original monitor/camera combo and 5-6 months since purchasing the separate camera. Through multiple replacements, I now have 4 cameras and 3 monitors that don’t work. I’ve asked multiple times if I can just send in what I have so they can fix it. instead they keep sending me a new ones which also don’t work. I’ll probably buy new ones from someone else.
Mit der Camera bin ich weitestgehend zufrieden, das Koppeln mit den bestehenden System klappte unkompliziert.Abzüge gibt es für die irreführende Artikelbeschreibung. Demnach ist die Kamera über Batterien/Akku betrieben, dies ist aber nicht der Fall. Die Kamera wird genau wie die Kamera aus dem Set über ein Netzteil mit Spannung versorgt. Ich hatte die Hoffnung das die Add-On Kamera hier diesen Vorteil bieten würde.
