I like that these burp cloths are mostly cotton, but I dislike that the inside has polyester. It says fleece, but nowadays that means plastic fiber. Also the outer cotton material doesnât seem as absorbent as it should be. I just donât know if it will hold up against projectile spit up.
Just a quick review on these but let me say that they work as expected. We like that they are a bit thicker than old school burp rags and tend to be more absorbent. These two aspects of this cloth help to keep moisture from soaking through and onto your clothes. They also seem to wash and dry without falling apart, at least for the number of times we have used them. The price is the only thing that might give you pause, and I will admit that if I didn’t get to test them for free, I am not sure if I would have ordered them. With that said and given what I know now, I think we would have no problem paying a bit more and ordering them.
I received these solid white burp cloths today and am impressed with their quality. They are well constructed of three layers, two of which are the cotton knit with an interior layer of fleece. The 100% cotton knit is thick, soft and tightly knitted. I have not machine washed and dried them yet, but based on their construction, I anticipate they will hold up through many washes. They easily absorbed some water that I put on them as a test so I expect to be well pleased with their performance with spit up. . They are worth the price and I would buy them again in the future to give as a gift.
These burp cloths are super thick and perfect for their intended use. They are made with a soft fabric so not scratchy at all and absorb alot. I like the shape of them as well because they rest nicely on the shoulder. They have held up in t he washer and dry being washed with my towels. I would continue to buy these!
