I was so excited to purchase this massager. I recently gave birth to my second child, whom I was very much looking forward to breastfeeding. However, due to a months-long NICU stay, I’ve struggled to make enough milk & keep up my supply. Subsequently, I’ve tried & utilized everything at my disposal to help me combat these issues and this was just another tool in the box for me (albeit the one I was most excited to use).The massager itself fits nicely in my hand, it’s very soft and I appreciate having so many different options as far as levels of heat & pressure and modes of massage. The directions were simple to understand and the product easy to use.That said, there’s a few small things about the massager I don’t really care for and one in particular that could prove to be a dealbreaker.First off, a small annoyance but an annoyance nonetheless: when I’m holding the massager in the palm of my hand like a bar of soap, utilizing it that way (the most common way of using it I’d imagine), it’s very easy for my fingers or thumb to brush against or push one of the buttons that adjusts the settings and I feel like I’m constantly having to readjust them because of this. Not hard to do, just irritating, especially after the 6th or 7th or 23rd time.Another minor annoyance: the charger. It’s the seller’s proprietary charger so if you lose it you’re out of luck, and also it’s magnetic and seems to come loose from the massager without much effort so there’s been once or twice when I left it to charge and came back to it unplugged because my 5yo bumped the table it was on.Finally, the biggest issue I have with this massager is also the main reason I bought this particular one in the first place, and that is because of its boasted battery life. The big selling point that made this massager different from all the rest (supposedly) was the fact that I wouldn’t have to recharge it after every use, I could use it up to 8 times for 30 minutes each time before needing to put it on the charger again. Upon receipt of the product, however, the directions in the box actually recommend charging it after every other use. Definitely not as advertised but I could probably still live with that if it were true! Problem is, I use this massager once and it’s done, down for the count. 10 minutes or so on each breast, turn it off, put it on my nightstand. I might turn it back on once or twice just to massage a clogged duct for a few minutes, no more than 5 minutes at a time, and then without even flashing red to indicate more battery life is needed, that’s it. It won’t turn on until I’ve completely charged it up again. A minimum of 3-5 hours on the charger — again! I don’t have the time and it’s hardly worth the money to get 30 minutes of use from multiple hours on the charger.That said, I’m still debating whether or not this is a dealbreaker for me, as the feeling of a soft, warm massage is so nice after all the breastfeeding & pumping & hand compressing my poor boobs have been thru. Plus, the trouble of charging it is probably still easier than the trouble of having to make the time to return it, wait for a refund & then search for a new one – especially with an infant & 5yo at home. Sigh.It would just be really nice if items could do what they say they’re going to. Especially when the seller knows they’re catering to a population that is already mind-numbingly exhausted & suffering from sore boobies ☹️.(I have considered that perhaps I have a defective item and that is a possibility, however I’m not the first person to note the short battery life so. You decide.)

I ordered 2 of these massagers and had to get one of them replaced because it wouldn’t work anymore after 1 month. I was able to get a replacement for it but the now the other one doesn’t work after 1 month of use and I missed the return window so now I’m stuck with one working and one broken. I don’t want to buy another from this brand since it’s keeps dying after a month. It was good till it died. Giving it 1star cause it didn’t last long at all. Only a month
