Looks beautiful and is quite sturdy
Looks exactly as shown, easy to assemble and white sturdy (the adults have been sitting on the chairs even though we arenât supposed to!). The only thing I would say is the table does pick up dings quite easily if you have a toddler that is a bit feral from time to time. I can see myself painting this table white again in after some years have passed by. Itâs easy to clean though, Iâve cleaned crayons, washable paint and markers off of it easily, I use a magic eraser and it works like a charm.

we chose this Nantucket table and chair set because it looks attractive for little children and the price was excellent. We liked the 4 different colored chairs and white table. We didn’t want the solid brown for children and wanted something that would be safe ,durable and kid proof. This was the best gift for our two year old granddaughter and a big hit at Christmas time. If you buy this you should have someone who is a little handy with assembling. The instructions are good and the tools are included. Everything is color coded so I found it very easy but I would say its like an IQ test for someone who hasn’t used joiners and doweling. I let my friend help on the first chair and he positioned pieces backwards and in the wrong places but really wanted to be part of the experience. I let it go along and it took 1/2 hour to get the first chair done. After that I took over and had the remaining three chairs and table finished in 15 minutes. Very sturdy and attractive. I reviewed the comments from other purchasers who mentioned the table paint flaking after years of use. I sprayed 3 coats of clear gloss non-yellowing transparent acrylic on the table. It should last a million years. I also attached felt padding to the legs of the table and chairs so they slide without scratching. That may not be necessary depending on what flooring you set it on. Granddaughter gives it thumbs up so enjoy.
The kitchen on the other hand has held up amazing.
Bought for kids for Christmas along with matching kitchen. Didn’t make it to next Christmas. All chairs broke apart in pieces & due to cheap particular board & together with dowels they can’t even be fixed. The kitchen on the other hand has held up amazing.

Very poor product
I was surprised to write this review as kidkraft products are Normally pretty good quality. I purchased 2 sets. This included 2 tables and 8 chairs.The tables are okay. Really easy to clean off crayon and paint with just a wet cloth.However, the top of 2 chairs are cracking, the sides of 2 others are as well. The wood does not stay in the bottom of the chair backs, should be screwed in. All the chair backs are loose specifically on the blue ones, not sure why. This can cause a falling risk for little ones.I have had the for 2.5 months but only for 1.5 months in use with children.Not impressed at all.
Sturdy table and chair set, good value.
Delivered as flat pack and took about 1 1/2 hours to assemble. All parts were included and assembly was straight forward. Parts fit perfectly with no need for local adjustments. The result is a sturdy and colourful set much enjoyed by children.

A mà bebé de un año le encantó, desde el primer dÃa querÃa sentarse en las sillas pero no al cansaba hoy, con dos meses más logro sentarse solito. Yo me siento con el en las sillitas y son muy resistentes. Lo arme muy fácil y no necesite herramienta extra, viene con las que necesitas.
Packaging:When a “small” box came on the day I was expecting this, I thought they had forgotten half the order. Then I opened the box, and lo and behold, it is just packaged VERY well. Not a single piece had a dent in it, no breaks, no missing paint, everything was perfect!Assembly:I started to assemble with three overseers – a 4 year old, 2 year old, and a 10 month old. Each was insistent that /their/ chair get assembled first. It took me maybe 15 minutes for the first chair, and 5 minutes each chair, then 10 minutes for the table. 45ish minutes total. It was SO SIMPLE. And I LOVE that everything is made so that as it gets lose, I can just tighten it up again and it will be good as new.Use:They stole the chairs out of my hands as quickly as I could finish them. Running to show it off to everyone else in the room. Thankfully, this set arrived just in time for our traditional pre-Thanksgiving Thanksgiving dinner with the in-laws. We set 4 kids between the ages of 2 and 4 at the table with their cups, plates, silverware, and… assorted “friends” whose presence had been requested (mostly transformers, but there was a pinwheel too). It ALL fit. AND the kids were stoked to be sitting at a table just their size. Thankfully, there was no arguing over colors as it seemed they fell perfectly in line with everyone’s favorites.Clean-up:There was jell-o. There was candied yams. There was turkey, and gravy, and stuffing and mashed potatoes. Dumped on the table. Squished. Finger painted. Left to dry because the “adults” weren’t paying enough attention. By the time I got back from my enslavement in the kitchen, the table had been abandoned for greener pastures (pie!) and was looking pretty sad. I was terrified. But I grabbed a wipe and went to work. It CLEANED RIGHT OFF. No scrubbing. No crazy hands & knees attack of the table. Just wipe, and go. FANTASTIC!I LOVE this table. It’s now in our kitchen to be used as an every day dinner table and project table.
De todas las mesas que compare en este sitio es la mejor sin duda en calidad precio…. kidkraft es sin duda garantÃa, ya habÃa comprado la cocina y sin duda la mesa fue excelente, hermosos colores que combinan y la resistencia de las sillas es excelente, he acompañado a mi hija a jugar y me he sentado varias veces en ellas por largos periodos y siguen intactas y peso 73 kg. … muy recomendable
OK, so I’ve only had it for a month, but I think its great! My 17-month-old can sit on the chairs (and loves to) but her feet don’t touch the ground. This IS a great set for her, as she was hungering to sit like a “grown up”; she just loves exploring a chair that is sized for her. I think it will be even better for her when she’s two and has a longer attention span to sit for a while and color and play with blocks. I had a 4-year-old over recently and she fits just fine, so I think this set will be useful until five or so.It went together easily: about half and hour and the tool is provided with the set. Seems sturdy: solid wood and no creaking when we sit in it (180 pound husband). Seems high quality: no paint chipping and washable crayon wipe right off.So far I would recommend this set: looks beautiful and really would fit it a mixed-gender playspace as it has a green and blue chair.Very happy with this purchase!UPDATE: Jan 2013. Still have set, still as attractive and useful as ever, for my now 3 and 1/2 year old and my new 17-month old! Had a 280-pound uncle sit on chairs (eeek!) but held up no problem. Still clean, colors have held up well. I think this will be around for a long time… still very happy!
