Soft. Great for little hands.
My twin 2yr old boys enjoy this set very much. They are very light and they can set up the pins by themselves. I am very glad there are 2 balls so that they can have 5 pins and a ball each and not fight over whose turn it is. This was the exact reason I purchased this particular set. These are made out of soft foam so when they decide to bonk each other on the head with a pin it doesn’t cause any damage to either child. I also like that the pins are numbered 1-10 so they can learn how to count while playing.
Good but for 3+ kids probably
Nice to play indoor games but too soft so my son has already torn it apart. Probably it depends on age and children

These are cute and my 4 year old enjoyed them for about an hour until my 2 year old woke up and bit them all. Chunks had to be fished out of his mouth several times. Very unfortunate since we got them as a gift that day but it’s too risky. Kind of expensive for foam too.
