This is a really nifty set.You can change the look of the tiles by flipping over, so it’s like 2 sets in one – and there’s also an option for kids to colour in themselves, which is perhaps the best of all. Design and build – they have fun while working on two different aspects of development. Fun toy to challenge creative minds.

Fun and Educational Magnetic Tiles Set
This set of magnetic tiles is fun and entertaining for children and can also help them learn. They are able to use their imagination in order to create different structures while they play. There are a number of plain white pieces as well as flat graphical pieces which you can attach that have a castle design.The unique thing about these white tiles is that you can write on them as you would a whiteboard using dry-erase markers. Your child can create different designs and pictures on the tiles, or can use them to write mathematical equations or spell out words. They are able to learn while playing which makes the whole experience more fun and enjoyable. There are different coloured dry erase markers included and the markers include an eraser on the back which is very convenient.The pieces are well made and connect very easily together. They are durable and all of the parts should last for a long time. The parts are lightweight and you can store them back into their original box for storage or when transporting them.This set of magnetic tiles is not only fun, but also can be very educational. It can be used at home, or in a preschool or school setting. Adults can take part in the play process with their children using this set, helping them come up with new ideas for structures. This kit would make for a great educational gift for a birthday or during the holidays.

Fun Magnetic Learning Tiles
This set offers a unique take on magnetic tiles, with good quality but at a higher price point. Our children have plenty of experience with magnetic tiles, both at school and home, but this is the first time we’ve seen a set without clear pieces. The MoKasi Kids Learning Magnetic Tiles are marketed as “Montessori,” but having studied Montessori principles, I don’t think they fit the criteria. While opinions may vary, if you’re specifically looking for authentic Montessori toys, plastic tiles with specific images wouldn’t typically align with the philosophy. I also find the printed images less versatile compared to the open-ended play offered by the clear tiles we’re used to. If you don’t build the castle, it’s like having random puzzle pieces stuck together. That said, the tiles feel sturdy and durable enough to withstand frequent drops during play. If you’re shopping for a child who loves princesses, castles, or themed play, this set would make a great gift. It arrived well-packaged, had no noticeable chemical smell, and is definitely giftable. However, at just under $60 CAD (December 2024) for 65 pieces it is more expensive than the leading brands and its lack of versatility makes it less interesting to me. Not my first choice, but not bad.

Quite fun
It was fun to play with this magnetic blocks. It is kind of unique that I can stick different faces on the white magnetic background to change how it looks. The quality is great and the magnet is strong enough to hold the face while not too strong to do any harm to children. However, the magnet is a bit weak to make it stay up securely especially it was meant to be up in one piece instead of 3 dimensions. Colors and finishing are great and it is great that it comes with lots of pieces.
