Suis-je la seule à avoir reçu le tapis avec les écritures chinoises? Je suis très déçue. En espérant que le retour se fera facilement…

It came after Christmas because I didn’t order it soon enough. I believe it comes from a country in Europe like the Netherlands or something so it took a little while to get here more than other Amazon stuff. I was almost going to cancel it because I had already bought some road tracks for him, you know the ones that are puzzle pieces that you attach together to make a road- and thought ” is a carpet really important ?” It was ! I’m glad that I didn’t cancel. It was SO worth the wait! My son is Atypical so he really loves lining cars up in rows and having everything “just so”. So, I chose this design that seemed the most organized and less stimulating . – This mat had a good contrast between light and dark -so that he wouldn’t get overwhelmed visually. The pictures are SO clear. It could also be the SIZE I bought making things turn out so well. I knew a bigger size would mean bigger lanes for his cars. It’s good the quality didn’t get grainy with the larger size. ! I got the $56 one .- My mom noted that they really improved on the designs for play Road carpets nowadays. When we were kids in the 90s the designs were fuzzy and over stimulating and too bright. I loved the different designs the company offered! – The quality is great !!! You can see on the photo I included of the back of the mat that it has this pretty woven like design on it and it feels like sturdy and soft. It looks like it’s layered. It was heavy which surprised me which means that it will really hold down while on the floor and it seemed more of one of those expensive play carpets you would find at a school! The surface that you play on feels smooth and almost like a nylon type material that could wipe off really easily with messes. That hasn’t happened yet so I will update if I have any issues……….There are some parts slightly sticking up from it being rolled up but that’s not really a big deal and my son is usually picky about that kind of stuff but he doesn’t seem to mind. I’m sure once it lays flat long enough the wrinkles will work themselves out. It’s not a cheap material so it’s not like the wrinkles actually get in the way of the play on the mat.- My son loves pointing to the photos of the fire station, police cars, school, etc which is all his favorite things ! We keep going around the mat pointing to areas and discussing what they are for ! It’s a great learning tool as well. I love that the design including a parking lot as well !! He’s smiling with so much joy !! So far my son is loving playing with it and lining up all his toys in lines on the road.I will update if anything changes with it, especially if it doesn’t last long. I think it will stay good, though.Thank Goodness we have this to get us through these cold winter days stuck inside !!

This rug is cute and a great addition to a play area! My son builds houses on it so cars can drive up to them. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun way to build and have roads on the ground already!
