I bought the 12-18 month size for my 8 month old baby. He has been wearing 12-18 month sleepers, and around 12 months in everything else. This fit him well, but was a little snug around his hips/butt. He is not slim though so I guess that makes sense. I don’t know that we will get a ton of use out of it beyond the Baby Mario costume we bought it for. It was cute though! And even though there aren’t snaps at the crotch for changing it wasn’t that bad to get him in and out of for diaper changes.

I ordered one of each size, the 2-3 yrs & 4-5 yrs, for my toddlers ages 3 & 4 1/2 and the shortalls fit just fine. The pockets are all shallow in depth, ideal if you don’t want to find a lot of stuff in them at the end of a day. The fabric is a lightweight denim, which I was surprised about but it is perfect for my boys because yesterday they got wet in these shortalls and they dried quickly while they were running around playing. The straps adjust well, the “hook” is a loose fit (to attach the strap to the front of the overall bib) but this also works for my purposes so my boys can dress/undress themselves including using the hook. My oldest son did have to reconnect the hook on his shortall during the day. However, he’s also very active.So good product for the cost!
My son is between a 9-12 month and these fit perfectly. They were the perfect overalls for his first birthday photoshoot! I was worried about finding overalls that looked more girly but these still had the rips and he turned out looking so handsome.
