I had a big kid bookshelf so the grandkids could have books to read at my house. It is funny, they come over and first thing is they want to read a book before picking out some toys. I know, that’s a good thing. Anyway, the big bookshelf would only fit in the living room. I wanted my living room to look like a living room again and not a play ground. I had a little area in my hallway and this book shelf fits perfectly. It is well built and by design, surprisingly fits the same number of books in it. It was easy to put together. The kids still read first and when they go home, the living room looks like a living room.
