Kyte BABY knotted caps are made from silky smooth bamboo rayon allowing them to fit comfortably on your baby’s head while being the right amount of tight. They also coordinate well with all of our layette and sleep bags so you can mix and match. Babies are constantly growing, so our incredibly stretchy material is excellent for creating knotted caps as the stretch is able to fit a wide range of head circumferences comfortably. The cooling and softness of our bamboo rayon fabric is also perfect for your newborn baby’s delicate skin.
According to the National Center for Health Statistics, an infant in the 3rd percentile has a head circumference of 31.49 centimeter making our newborn size a great choice for newborns including premature or smaller babies. For those babies in the 97th percentile whose head circumference is 38.85 centimeter our 0-3 month’s size will be a great fit.

Newborn: 11 inch/28 centimeter (fits head circumference of 11.5-14 inch/30-36 centimeter)
0-3 months: 12.5 inch/32 centimeter (fits head circumference of 13-15.5 inch/34-40 centimeter)
3-6 months: 14 inch/36 centimeter (fits head circumference 14.5-17 inch/38-44 centimeter)
6-12 months: 15.5 inch/40 centimeter (fits head circumference 16.5-19 inch/42-48 centimeter).

Worth the $$!
I love these hats, theyâre SO soft. I had a hard time paying $30+ for three of them since there are so many cute baby hats out there for less but these are so worth it. My favourites for sure!
Very soft
Love the feel of them! Washed nicely (did not put them in a dryer) now to try them on the little ones head.I do not like the 2 seams on both sides of the hat
The only hat you should buy
The only hat that stays on my newborns head! All the others are too shallow. The colours also match perfectly with most outfits…the white is a nice ivory, and black is very black and stays that way after washing.
Great hat, but 0-6 does not fit newborns.
I really enjoy these hats from Kyte baby, my only complaint is that this hat is not truly â0-6mâ – it was way too big for my newborn. So if youâre planning on using it at the hospital or within the first month, I would opt for the premie – newborn size they carry.

Arrived quickly, individually wrapped with store tag pinned to each hat. Colours accurate to ad picture, butter soft fabric and great quality. No loose threads or unhemmed edges.
Exactly what I was looking for! Stretchy yet compressing so it doesnât slip off. Breathable yet warming. Doesnât slip down over eyes or fall off. And itâs so soft and light. The best NB hat I couldâve hoped for. Will definitely be buying more. Worth every penny. 10/10 recommend.
I purchased these for my 7 week old son, and they are incredibly soft and fit perfectly. They stay on and are super breathable too. Will be purchasing again!
Stretchy and soft
Way too big for our babyâs head. I washed them and then tried them out. I was hoping since they have some spandex in them that they would stay on well. That was not the case. The moment baby moves around either the hat falls off their head or the hat falls down over their face!!! Not safe at all. If your looking for a nice sleep hat like I was look somewhere else!
Continuing to pay it forward with my COVID parent reviews…I totally understand the challenge of buying just about everything online while expecting. I really loved these little hats. Even though our son was born in June, as a first-time mama I was extra concerned about regulating his temperature and bought a total of six of these. 😀 They are super comfy, soft and cute. You probably only need 3, but who cares?! 🙂
