Works great for oily skin
My first trying this sunblock. It’s mineral based so that was my main reason for it. The tint work well for my skin, I am light brown or tanned complexion. I also have oily skin and I am happy that it has not caused me to break out. I have been using it after also applying my serums in the morning with no problem. I will continue to by the product 🙂
Effective but Not Ideal for Oily Skin
The La Roche-Posay Anthelios Face Sunscreen provides great sun protection, but it left my face feeling a bit oily. While it works well, itâs not the right fit for my skin type, so I wonât be purchasing it again. Might work better for others with less oily skin.

I have bought this several times. It has spf in it and is very good for minimal tinted coverage. Doesnât feel like you have anything on your face. Good quality.

Good, itâs a bit greasy but I like that it adds a glow to my skin
Not for under makeup..
I have acne-prone combination skin and on it’s own – it’s fine. Nice, natural skin-like finish; doesn’t feel drying; satin-y feel once applied and absorbed. It it a slightly thicker cream consistency, so I had to massage it in a bit more, but wasn’t a big issue. I like the fact that it’s non-comodogenic and doesn’t leave a white cast.The problem with this one compared to the ultra-fluid sunscreen is that it doesn’t sit well under makeup. I use a dense foundation brush for my base, and when applying a light coverage, glow-finish concealer on my face, it pilled. Instead of using brushing motions, I tried patting it in with the brush and my fingers (seperate occasions), and it still pilled slightly. I have tried with and without setting spray and/or setting powder, and with and without a hydrating primer – still pills. I have not tried it when applying makeup on with a dry or wet sponge, but if it pills when applying makeup with my finger, I have a feeling it will pill with a sponge as well.It’s a 3 star for me; despite liking how it looks and feels on its own, it’s worth for me to purchase again when I can only wear it when not applying makeup.
