Reviews

  1. Very cuppy

  2. I wish I could send these back but our dog chewed up one of the straws. These cups leak and spill everywhere as soon as they are tipped. Not a good first cup or good for learning to use a sippy cup.

  3. The straw comes out easily, leaving a large hole where liquid just pours out. It is too small to be of any use. Complete waste of money and immediate landfill (and its silicone so it’ll be there forever).

  4. This cup has 3 pieces:The base is a 4 ounce silicone cup with handles. It has a feel Goldilocks would approve of… not too hard, not too soft, but juuuuust right. I don’t think the pictures quite do justice to how small a 4 ounce cup is though… it’s a great size for a 1-2 year old, but by the time your child turns 3 they’ll need something bigger. (That sounds a bit negative, but I don’t mean it that way… this is meant as a transition cup for infants and toddlers and I think the size is perfect for that.)At the top of the base are a few silicone ridges which help the silicone lid, with matching ridges, stay in place. The lid doesn’t screw on or latch or use anything other than friction to hold it in place, but those ridges and the tight fit do a solid job of keeping it on, and I don’t think a toddler is likely to be able to open it up even if they want to. The lid has a spout for either sipping or using the straw, and a tiny hole opposite to allow air to escape and prevent a vacuum. It is possible for liquid to escape through the tiny hole as well, so this model is definitely not spill proof, although it does leak pretty slowly when upside down or shaken around, minimizing the mess. The straw so far has been the biggest source of surprises. It’s long enough to easily reach the bottom of the cup with a normal amount exposed on top. It’s made of the same silicone as the rest of the cup, although it’s much thinner which makes it much more flexible. The straw is straight other than a slight bend maybe 1.5 inches from the drinking end to make it more comfortable, and my son, 17 months old and never exposed to a straw before, was able to easily figure out how to drink through it. Which lasted all of 2 seconds before he decided it was more fun as a toy than a drinking device and immediately pulled it all the way out of the lid without trouble and proceeded to investigate just how far inside of it he could jam his finger. Tried it again a bit later, and after turning my back for only a few seconds, I looked back and saw that the straw was gone again. I checked his hands, the tray, the floor and the table… no straw! So I took him out of his high chair and checked his seat, checked inside all his clothes… going crazy when I couldn’t find the straw anywhere! I put him back in his chair and paused to scratch my head when I finally had a good angle to see into the cup from above and discovered he had pushed the straw so far into the cup that it was now stuck inside of it!Anyway, all of that is more problems with my son than with the cup itself. I still think it’s a well-made product that offers a lot of flexibility in transitioning from a bottle to a standalone cup, just be aware of these key details:-At 4 ounces, it’s quite small-It’s not spill-proof, but does tend to minimize spills-The straw is flexible and easy to pull out of or push into the cup-You’ll want some sort of narrow bottle brush to clean the inside of the straw

  5. The Lalo Little Cup 2-Pack has proven to be a game-changer in our household, making mealtimes with my little one a breeze. The thoughtful design of these cups caters perfectly to the needs of babies transitioning to independent drinking. The ergonomic shape of the cup allows for easy gripping by tiny hands, promoting self-feeding skills. The spill-resistant design minimizes messes, providing a stress-free experience for both parents and babies during mealtime. The durable construction ensures these cups can withstand the inevitable drops and tumbles.I appreciate the versatility of the Lalo Little Cup, as it’s suitable for various beverages and can be easily cleaned. The stylish and modern aesthetic adds a touch of sophistication to our baby’s dining experience. The 2-pack is a practical solution, ensuring we always have a clean cup on hand.In conclusion, the Lalo Little Cup has truly simplified and enhanced our baby’s transition to independent drinking. It’s a well-designed, durable, and stylish solution that I highly recommend to parents navigating the exciting stages of early childhood.
