I had bought one for my daughter, about a year back.. and it works great! Purchased another for my son, about a week ago⦠and when I put them both into the app, they both crap out.One camera though⦠works amazing.

I honestly feel there is much better cameras out there. Even from them. This oneâs very pixelated. We have the top-of-the-line Internet. Everything else works just fine.And yes, I have adjusted the camera settings according to the manual.Next! The delayed response on this monitor to send notifications is also not the best thereâs about a minute or two delay and yes, again I have gone into the manually and set it so it sends them immediately but itâs still almost a two minute delay. I am awake and in the room because I hear her crying before the monitor even send anything itâs actually a very uncomfortable feeling knowing I canât rely on it but I literally have to sit there and stare at my phone just like you with the baby monitor screen, so skip out on the Wi-Fi and just go for the screen.
Fails to pair with the app
I bought a Wi-Fi camera that worked for a few months. Then, without any clear reason, it stopped working, and the app couldn’t connect. During the pairing process, the app detects the camera and shows the video, but fails to add the camera in the final step. This is a bug Leapfrog needs to fix. I contacted support, and they suggested trying another Wi-Fi, which didn’t help. Unfortunately, it’s been a waste of money, and now I need to buy another.
Inaccurate and delay
The video is great quality and like jow you can control to pivot the camera. I like you can change colors of the nightlight and play music, all controls through the app. I use an old iPad tablet installed of my phone so I’m.not constant getting movement motion alerts plus tablet is bigger picture then checking my phone all the time.The thermometer on it is inaccurate and their’s a sound and movement delay of 3 seconds. You’ll hear baby live then shortly after you’ll get the repeat echo through the video feed. Kind of annoying. Suggest turning on privacy on baby monitor when not in use.
Does not connect
Spend your money elsewhere.Would give zero star. Wonât connect. I get through all the prompts and the prompt shows it finds the camera but wonât connect. I even returned the first camera and requested a new one and same thing. I have ensured I have followed all the steps and troubleshooting. I have other model of leapfrog cameras properly connected, so I know itâs not me doing it wrong. Very disappointed this one wonât work.I even emailed support for help with no reply. Itâs been over a week now. So I do not recommend, I will be switching brands.

Waste of Money.
I received this item as a gift. When I attempted to set it up, the camera does not stay powered. It continues to shut off on me not allowing me to connect it to my phone. I contacted LeapFrog to give them a chance to fix it before I left a review and they never responded. Iâve made multiple attempts to get in touch with them. Theyâre online support says someone will get back to you in 24 business hours, itâs been over a week. Extremely disappointed with this product. I highly recommend avoiding wasting your time, money and patience on this product.
