This food cart has everything needed to run a small pretend pizza business including six toppings, a pizza cutter, plate, cheese shaker and more. Ding! Ring the bell to hear a customer’s order and explore colors, shapes and food names. They may ask for a slice of pizza with crunchy onion, cheese triangles or red pepperoni. Scoop up the pizza with the magic spatula and it will let you know if you got the order right. You can mix and match toppings to create your own pizza too. Put it in the oven, set the temperature and the oven will say words in Italian, cooking phrases and play music while you wait. Don’t cook the pizza too long or it’ll burn. Pop the finished pizza in the box and complete the order. Collect and count the play money. Nice cookin’, chef! Add music to the dining experience by spinning the pizza turntable for learning songs and melodies. Intended for ages 3+ years. Requires 3 AA batteries. Batteries included for demo purposes only. 2. Excellent With Tip to make it last longer
Love this product for my granddaughter. The only complaint I heard is about the paper money and pizza box getting crumpled or damaged in a toddlers hands. To help make these more durable, my wife laminated the paper money and box. Works great!!!!!

  3. Really fun cart for the kids. It’s become one of their favourites
This is a really fun little cart for kids to play with. I think it’s a good cart for toddlers and young kids, however some of the stuff that is included probably isn’t that durable for toddlers. Such as the cardboard box, or the paper money. Everything else in the kit is pretty durable though, and is thick plastic. The “Make This Pizza For Me” mode is pretty fun, and teaches them shapes and colours. Once they place the topping on the pizza and use the spatula, it does detect if the topping isn’t the right colour/shape (it’s only colour or shape, not both, however it may be, I haven’t heard all the lines yet I don’t think), and asks them to do it again. So far I think it’s pretty fun, and the kids enjoy it.These are the things I like about it:-Has a “Make this pizza for me” mode-Everything just sounds fun, and nearly everything has sounds-Really easy to clip together-Introduces simple Italian words (such as “Uno” “Due” “Tre”)-Teaches shapes and colour through the “Make this pizza for me” mode (e.g. “Can you put something yellow on this pizza?”, and does detect if it’s wrong)-Has places to put all the small stuff when they’re done. And here’s what I don’t like about it:-You can’t take it apart if you want to store it away (everything clicks into place, and is impossible to remove after you take it apart)-Only one pizza box-Paper money, and paper box (they’re probably not going to last very long, compared to everything else in the set)-The “make this pizza” mode stops after the close the oven (could’ve added now put it in the box, or put it back on the pizza tray)Of all the cons, the major thing I don’t like is that it only comes with one pizza box. It’s a pretty specific size and is pretty small, so only having one is kind of a drag (there’s even 2 slots for boxes). I also don’t really like that it’s made of cardboard, but I do understand that it’s supposed to be like an authentic pizza box. I just don’t think the box will last that long. The price may not be the easiest thing to swallow, however I do think it’s pretty fun for kids. It’s super fun, and something I think they really enjoy. In spite of all the cons I’ve found, the kids really like it. It’s probably one of their favourite toys at this point, and as such I’ve given it 5 stars.

  4. Fun & Educational! A Toy That My Kids Can Play With TOGETHER
My daughters (2 and 4) absolutely love this Leapfrog Pizza Oven and I love it too because it is a toy that they can play with together. It has many interactive features but we usually start by ringing the bell to take a customers order. I like that it teaches following directions as kids have to make the pizza that is ordered, spin the turntable and bake it. Then we add some extra sprinkles of cheese and either cut it up and place it on a plate or put it in the little cardboard pizza box “to go”. Kids can accept payment in the form of bills or coins which fit into their own places respectively. I really like that the spatula recognizes each pizza topping and that it plays songs, tells jokes and teaches numbers, colours and even some Italian words.Set up is very easy. It comes in a few pieces which fit together with an audible click so you know they are in. The only complaint I have is that I wish some of the pieces were made from more durable materials. The bills of money are just paper so they easily rip and become folded/bent and the cardboard pizza box is easy for little ones to crush. I plan on laminating the money (hopefully before they are too destroyed) but there isn’t a whole lot I can do to make the pizza box more durable. I get that it is more realistic but what isn’t realistic is thinking that this will last with kids.Everything else seems to be very well made and I like that the toppings actually fit into the holes on the pizza. Just make sure to keep the coins out of the spot where the cheese shaker goes as they get stuck!Overall, we really like this toy but I do think there are some minor issues that were overlooked, mainly in regards to durability. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars but definitely recommend it, especially if you are looking for a toy for kids of various ages to play together with.

  5. Fun toy that promotes number recognition
This is a great toy for any toddler. So much fun to play with. Promotes number recognition and counting. But really it’s just a whole Lotta fun to serve pizza to customers. I do wish the pizza box was made of better material then cardboard. And 2 would have been nice. And the money is paper. Not very toddler friendly. But it’s still a great toy that your child will love.

  6. Awesome Toy with Lots to Do
This Build-a-Slice Pizza Cart by LeapFrog is an awesome addition to any playroom. Whether used for its intended purpose or just played with, this toy is bound to be a massive hit. The pieces are all fun and bright and, for older kids, it’s a great aid in figuring out money and numbers. For younger kids, they’ll enjoy just putting the pizzas together and dancing to the music. Aside from the pizza box (which is made of cardboard and liable to be destroyed very quickly), all of the pieces included in this toy are made quite well and will withstand even some rough play at times. As with most products from the brand, the frustration free packaging is also phenomenal and a great aid to the parents who just want the toy out of the packaging as soon as possible. This is a fantastic toy for toddlers up to small children. There’s plenty of fun to be had.

  7. This is one of the coolest, smartest toys! My boys love it. I kind of do, too, if I’m being honest. I love the learning aspects: colors, shapes, numbers, and following instructions. Learning some motor skills, too. Just overall a really cool toy. We got the ice cream set too!

  8. Got it for our daughter’s 1st birthday. She loved it

  9. I Liked it because my granddaughter liked it and she plays with this for hours and she pretend feeds her dolls with it so much I would suggest to buy it the only bad thing was the toy paper money didn’t come but that’s okay she still had fun 🤩.

  10. It stays at my house since he has so many toys at home. Every time he’s he loves making us pizza. I got a great deal on it and worth every penny

  11. I got it for my 3 y/o birthday and her and my 5 y/o are obsessed!! It’s big but not huge. I’d definitely recommend.
