Amazon is wrong
The tweezers are exactly as pictured. Sturdu for little hands and nice and colorful. Not sure why the Amazon description says set of 13. It is clearly only 12.
Wouldn’t recommend for young toddlers
I bought this for my toddler to try out, but the tweezers are too stiff for her to use. She has the motor skills, but I think these are more suitable for older kids.

lovely bright, sturdy tweezers. they are robust enough to use in the classroom knowing they are not going to snap. they are quite stiff to use so would say best for 4 years and up. but a fantastic resource for fine motor skills development. i particularly like that these ones support correct pencil grip with the molded finger placements.
Utilisé pour des activités de motricité fine. Ces pinces sont solides et très appréciées par les enfants (couleurs). Je les ai utilisé pour mes enfants de 18 mois et 3 ans. Elles sont cependant un peu difficile d’utilisation pour les enfants de 18 mois car elles ne sont pas souples et un peu grosse pour de petites mains.
